This story came to me as a shock, because I had no idea that they actually arrested Homers for kidnapping and then raping each other in England. Isn't that standard behaviour over there?

80's popstar Boy George has been arrested on suspicion of assault and false imprisonment charges.

The singer has been accused of kidnapping male escort Auden Carlsen and chaining him to the wall of his east London, England flat on Saturday.

Carlsen claims he was hired by Boy George - real name George O'Dowd - to go to the singer's flat at the early hours of Saturday morning to pose for photos.

The ex-Culture Club star started taking pictures of him in kinky gear - but Carlsen claims he feared for his life soon afterwards.

He says, "George said he was popping out for milk at 5 am. I heard him come back and I walked into his bedroom wearing just my T-shirt. I was jumped on by George and another man.

"George handcuffed me to a hook by the bed as they held me down."

Carlsen accuses the singer of producing a box of sex toys and whips when the other man left, telling him, "Now you'll get what you deserve."

The escort managed to free himself by pulling the hooks from the wall and alerted the police from a nearby newsagent.

He adds, "It's ironic that his biggest hit was Do You Really Want To Hurt Me - because I'm sure he did want to hurt me.

"I was convinced I was going to die."

The singer has been bailed while detectives probe the allegations.

What is the point of tossing these queers in prison? Isn't that a reward for them?

I'd hate to know what "probing the allegations" is sick homer slang for... still, this sodomite's case is pretty amazing. This Auden fag admits that he engages in sodomy for a living, agreed to go round the house of a notorious sodomite and corrupter of youth, then got all upset when he was raped? Seriously, if he was any more whiny and unreasonable, he'd be a woman.

He was told in court today that a prison sentence was 'the most likely option' after a jury convicted him of handcuffing Norwegian Audun Carlsen to a wall at his flat. The singer, 46, whose real name is George O'Dowd, also beat Carlsen, 29, with a metal chain as he tried to escape from the flat in Shoreditch, East London after a kinky photographic session, Snaresbrook Crown Court heard. Mr Carlsen fled in his underpants and alerted police.





O'Dowd claimed he had handcuffed Carlsen to a wall while he investigated whether he had tampered with his home computer on April 28 of last year. He accused Mr Carlsen of stealing photos of himself from the laptop, taken when the pair met three months earlier.

The defence claimed that the dispute was over whether Mr Carlsen had stolen photographs and, in so doing, 'messed up' O'Dowd's computer.
The suggestion that it was because Mr Carlsen refused to have sex with O'Dowd on the previous occasion was 'entire fantasy or a lie', the defence said. O'Dowd denied to police that he punched or assaulted Mr Carlsen or swung a chain at him as the escort fled the flat, and suggested the bruises Mr Carlsen sustained could have been due to the fact that he was HIV positive.

Jurors saw photos of welts on Carlsen's head and injuries to his arm.

But Mr Carlsen told the court that O'Dowd concocted the story about computer tampering so he could punish him for not having sex during the first meeting. He said: 'I think he couldn't handle the refusal - me not having sex with him.' O'Dowd told police he was annoyed about that claim. 'I'd never have slept with someone who is HIV positive,' he told police.

The prosecution said the pair first made contact on the Gaydar website, a social networking site primarily for gay and bisexual men. Prosecuting barrister Heather Norton said their first meeting seemed to be going well until the singer started to suspect Mr Carlsen of trying to hack into his computer. However, they parted on good terms and the singer paid Mr Carlsen £300 of the £400 they had agreed. In the weeks that followed O'Dowd and Carlsen exchanged emails in which the singer accused Carlsen of breaking into his computer system. But in later emails the singer said he would be 'perfectly happy to see you naked asap'. He also referred to Carlsen's 'heavenly b***'. Eventually they agreed to meet for a second time.

O'Dowd looked ashen-faced as the female foreman of the jury delivered the verdict. He licked his lips nervously and spoke only to confirm that he understood the new condition of his bail, that he should live and sleep at an address which was handed on a piece of paper to the court. Judge David Radford told O'Dowd: 'The fact that your bail is being continued does not imply that this will be dealt with by a non-custodial sentence. I don't want any false expectations created.'

The case was adjourned for sentence on January 16. This is not the singer's first brush with the law. Two years ago, he was ordered to do community service in New York - sweeping the streets - after pleading guilty to falsely reporting a burglary at his lower Manhattan apartment.

The officers who responded found cocaine there.

You don't even have to read the article to know that he does these sick and depraved things and need serious help.

Sodomy is an act of violence, not an act of sex, so I believe every practicing faggot should be subjected to the same penalties that this bleached toad is facing. It would also mean less of a hassle when the time comes to institute true Biblical law.

Well, they finally did the sensible thing and sentenced Mr. Culture to a bit of time in the slammer. Probably the best thing for him, at this point. No sense in prolonging the inevitable.

Singer-turned-DJ Boy George has been jailed for 15 months for handcuffing a male escort to a wall and beating him with a metal chain.

The former Culture Club frontman imprisoned Audun Carlsen during a drug-fuelled naked photoshoot at his flat in east London.

Sentencing the musician - real name George O'Dowd - the judge at Snaresbrook Crown Court said he was guilty of "gratuitous violence". The judge also condemned his "premeditated", "callous", and "degrading" actions which "traumatised" his victim.

Norwegian Mr Carlsen, 29, fled in his underpants and alerted police after the attack, in April 2007. It happened after O'Dowd accused Mr Carlsen of stealing photos of himself from a laptop, taken when the pair met three months earlier.

The 47-year-old was convicted of detaining the escort against his will last month.

The court heard the pair first made contact on a social networking site primarily for gay and bisexual men. The prosecution said their first meeting went well and they parted on good terms, with O'Dowd paying the younger man £300 of the £400 agreed. In the weeks which followed, they exchanged emails in which the singer accused Mr Carlsen of tampering with his computer. He asked to see Mr Carlsen again and the latter agreed, but the meeting soon turned violent. After calling Mr Carlsen into his bedroom, O'Dowd and another man leapt on him, wrestled him to the floor and started beating him.

The victim was dragged along the floor towards the bed and a manacle was put on his right hand and attached to a hook drilled into the wall.
The second man left, Mr Carlsen said, and O'Dowd fetched a plastic box containing chains, sex toys and leather straps. Mr Carlsen told the court he was able to unscrew the hook from the wall using handcuffs as a tool.
He ran to the door with O'Dowd chasing him, lashing out with a metal chain. O'Dowd has previous convictions as a juvenile in 1977, and for a Class B drugs offence 10 years later. He was given community service in New York in 2006 after pleading guilty to falsely reporting a burglary at his apartment in the city.

This whole spectacle is sure to make this dancing fool even more popular when he gets out. Movie offers are pouring in, and he hasn't even served his term, yet!

This should be a good lesson to the goths and emos out there that the way you look DOES affect your life. Just look at Boy George.
