FREDERICK, Colo.—A Catholic priest faces an indecent exposure charge after police said he went jogging in the nude about an hour before sunrise.
The Rev. Robert Whipkey told officers he had been running naked at a high school track and didn't think anyone would be around at that time of day, a police report said.
He told officers he sweats profusely if he wears clothing while jogging. "I know what I did was wrong," he said in the report.
Whipkey did not return phone messages. His attorney, Doug Tisdale, told the Longmont Times-Call that Whipkey had no comment.
Whipkey, 53, was arrested June 22 in this small town about 20 miles north of Denver. An officer said he saw a naked man walking down the street at 4:35 a.m. The U.S. Naval Observatory Web site said sunrise that day in Frederick was 5:31 a.m.
The officer said when he shined his flashlight at the man, he covered himself with a piece of clothing he was carrying. The Archdiocese of Denver said it takes the incident seriously but is awaiting the outcome of the case. Whipkey, who also officiates at parishes in the nearby towns of Mead and Erie, remains an active priest. If convicted of indecent exposure, a misdemeanor, he would have to register as a sex offender, prosecutors said.

No doubt, if it had been an elementary school, he would have done his jogging in broad daylight!

I am reminded of a cute little joke...

A nun and a priest were traveling across the desert and realized halfway across that the camel they were using for transportation was about to die. They set up a make-shift camp, hoping someone would come to their rescue, but to no avail. Soon the camel died.

After several days of not being rescued, they agreed that they were not going to be rescued. They prayed a lot (of course), and they discussed their predicament in great depth. Finally the priest said to the nun, "You know, Sister, I am about to die, and there's always been one thing I've wanted here on earth -- to see a woman naked. "Well," responded the nun, "forget about me. Stick it in the camel!"

So there you have it - one moment they're screwing a kid, next moment they have to up the ante by becoming full-blown nudists! I've always said that just like pot beiong the gateway drug, screwing kids is the gateway perversion.

I blame the kids as much as the priests, tempting the dress wearing, ring kissing papist dogs. These over sexed pre adolescents have a lot to answer for.

You've got a point there - it seems every year the boys are getting gayer and the girls are getting more overtly seductive. I can't go anywhere without them licking ice cream and sucking suckers in lewd ways - I know I may be attractive but that's no excuse for some littl vixen to come onto to me like that. They're always wearing little skirts or jeans that show their bum-cracks and then they bend over right in front of me for me to see, and the boys are always wrestling in ways that leave little to the imagination....

It's disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. Just thinking about it makes me feel so dirty I need to go take a shower right now.
