MORELIA, Mexico (Sept. 27) - A small-town mayor and an aide were found stoned to death Monday in a drug-plagued western state, the fifth city leader to be slain in Mexico since mid-August.

Dear Mayor Hold:
I'm still waiting to have the sidewalk in front of my house fixed. You can see how the water doesn't drain, and why can't the sidewalk be one straight path?
