Can someone please explain to me, why do you people always reply with comments like, "Are you a homer? A Negro? A lesbian?" Is that supposed to be derogatory?

Doesn't the bible state to love all mankind regardless of race, color etc?

That is what baffles me the most. Sure we all have our own beliefs, so what makes yours better than others?

On wrongs of the past, I agree. What has been done by previous generations to these people in various instances is disgusting. The inequility that still exists in Australia today between the Aboriginals and others is unacceptable. I hope this apology goes some way into bridging that gap and reconciling differences.
