Praise God! In fact, this very language was "borrowed" almost word-for-word from Landover Baptist University's very own charter! I wonder if that has anything to do with our annual generosity to the Texas Board of Education?

In fact, I happen to oppose the teaching of anything that challenges pre-existing knowledge. If we go around teaching people that what they already know is wrong, then we run the risk of accidentally challenging assumptions that people know about God! It's a dangerous game, and this is why I don't think people are scared enough of education. It can cause serious doubts about religion, Jesus and other such concepts that rarely hold up under close scrutiny!

Well said, Brother! But this is only part of the problem with so-called "critical thinking".

Not only does it lead to questioning God and His order and His plan for humanity, and thus to feminism, lesbianism, infanticide, sodomy, and witchcraft, but the worst part is embedded in the name.

It's not "thoughtful thinking" or "thorough thinking", but "critical thinking".

The point is to criticize, to attack, to tear apart. Not to understand, not to grow in love of the Lord, but to deem His Word something we mere humans have the right to criticize!

Critical thinking is rebellion against God, pure and simple. As such, it can only lead to eternal damnation.

I can't understand how anyone could criticize God! I mean, I try, I try to look through the eyes of the heathen to understand where they're coming from, but how can one reject the Perfect Love of God? Honestly, have they never heard how God demanded His very own, Perfect and Only Child to be sacrificed on a cross, hung by nails, to be surrounded by other bodies festering in the hot sun? He did that for US! What could be a more perfect Love than to condemn your own child to temporary death just so we wouldn't have to pay the price of the sin we were completely innocently born guilty of?

Sister, this is very confusing to me. I admit to not being well-educated in the sciences, so if my questions seem silly, please bear with me.

Do you look in through their pupils at their retinas?

Or do you remove their eyes and cut them open so you can peer out through them?

I'm not really sure how either method would improve your understanding of why they reject God. Are their thoughts somehow visible?

What have you learned so far from this line of experimentation? Are you working with Professor Bessemer on it? Or is this a home school project you work on with your children?

Um, what do you do with the eyes when you're finished with them? (I imagine your dogs would enjoy them.)

We role play. One of the children dresses up like a homosexual bum from clothes we get at the thrift store, and pretends to be an atheist, you know, foaming at the mouth, yelling, being very angry. That sort of thing. The other children then ask question, hoping that maybe this imagination exercise will offer some insight as to why a heathen does what he does. Of course because they are children, there is no sexual component to it. No dry humping the furniture or anything like that, things atheists are always doing in public places like art galleries and libraries. The other children then shun the one playing atheist for a day. The atheist for the day doesn't have school work to do that day, but then again, they have to steal food from the kitchen and find a place to sleep for the night as well. They enjoy it for a day. They feel a little like Huck Finn, bless their hearts! We then take the next day praying for atheists and asking the LORD to reveal His plan for what we should do when accosted by one.

Indeed, Mayor. One poor family in Georgia is being persecuted by the secular government for disciplining their daughter for this very thing. A Godly family trying to instill the Biblical command to obey and serve so she can be spared the atheist fate, and this is the treatment they get! This family deserves our prayers.

This is so wrong . God's word is not some scientific theory. It is the inerrant Word of God Christ Almighty our Lord. These are not republicans that I can trust in office - bunch of RINOs. Where are the real candidates this election? Seems we saw a selection from the only most liberal corner of the party this primary.
