    This publicly "molested" barroom floozy argues with a federal judge (a FEDERAL JUDGE, mind you!) and the court decree that, "If you wouldn’t have been there that night, none of this would have happened to you.”

    Well I am sorry, but that is an unarguing FACT. Do the math: If she had not been there, the event could not have happened!

    Instead, the uppity temptress sasses back, "Yeah, well, it probably would have happened to someone else." (? ? ? ?)

    Unbelievable.

    Sex assault victim groped by off-duty cop wants apology from Arizona judge

    A sexual assault victim who was groped by an off-duty police officer is demanding an apology from Arizona Judge Hatch, who during a sentencing hearing for the defendant told her: "If you wouldn’t have been there that night, none of this would have happened to you.”

    Prosecutors said Evans walked up behind the victim in a Flagstaff bar, put his hand up her skirt and groped her last summer. He was fired after his conviction.

    The Daily Sun's account of the court hearing:
    Bad things can happen in bars, Hatch told the victim, adding that other people might be more intoxicated than she was. "If you wouldn't have been there that night, none of this would have happened to you," Hatch said.

    "I hope you look at what you've been through and try to take something positive out of it," Hatch said to the victim in court. "You learned a lesson about friendship and you learned a lesson about vulnerability."
    The victim said Hatch's comments were inappropriate. "It felt like she was saying to me, 'If you wouldn't have been there that night, it wouldn't have happened to you.' Yeah, well, it probably would have happened to someone else," the victim told the Daily Sun during a telephone interview.

      Not to state the obvious, but what was she doing out of the kitchen? Why wasn't she carrying a gun? Why didn't she hire personal body guard? Why did she not learn karate for 10 years prior so she could defend herself? Failing all these simple tasks, what's to say the slut wasn't wearing a mini skirt thus and inviting male attention (and lesbean too)? The gate is wide open for why this woman has failed to prepare herself for daily life in Obama's new America.

        Any woman found unescorted in a saloon is an obvious whore and is asking to be raped. If I were the judge she'd be in the slammer right now being a lezbean bulldyke.

            All the hub-bub because the poor guy (I hope he washed his hands after the 'alleged' incident) would not buy her a $5 vodka and coke. These whores amaze me.
            I hope the judge convicts her and sends her to prison to rot out her days until Jesus punts (Football season is FINALLY back) to the firery pits of Hell.

              You bring up an interesting point Brother Hutchins. You can never be sure what's between the legs of someone in a bar these days – if you catch my drift. Moreover, that so-called "woman" may have been a plain clothes mooselimb terrorist trying to blow the place up. It occurs to me that that cop was just doing his duty and there has been a miscarriage of justice here in a rush to judgment.
