Uh, no they're not, they're called bullshit ability. I've seen many a great employee get over looked simply because they suffered from an inability to bullshit.

Because her experience is all tainted by the fact that nobody would dare say anything bad about her for fear of being sued for either sexism or racism, or possibly both. So no matter how she screws up, she gets glowing remarks.

My mother has severe skin cancer and we all been worried sick about her the last few days
Her skin is hard and broken
We are all fearing for her health
