I was overjoyed with the love of Christ today when I read this uplifting story of a church bus accident with 37 passengers on board, that only killed four people and only injured 20.
As Jesus watched over his flock, he was momentarily distracted from keeping a close eye on the brakes on this church bus. But as soon as he noticed that the bus was crashing, Jesus took the wheel and only FOUR people died!! And only 20 people were were injured! God totally spared 14 people! That's almost half the bus!!
A helpful and very (for a Nigra) articulate fireman explains in this USA Today video: http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/n...-dead/2593465/
The dead were a youth pastor and his pregnant wife. That is only three fatalities (FOOTNOTE: The atheists at USA Today failed to count the unborn baby as a person. Shame
) Youth pastors are notorious for being molesters of young boys, so it does make you wonder what happened here. Or maybe he was one of those "God loves everybody" softy puffy false Christians and Jesus so much that Jesus wanted to puke and He finally had had it with that crap. It doesn't really matter what these three did; Jesus clearly weeded them out.
1 Peter 3:12. For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
And His ears are open to their prayers;
But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil
The last fatality was a mother of five who was accompanying her special needs child home from camp. (Need I say more: http://www.landoverbaptist.net/showthread.php?t=4317).
I was just as gleeful about this accident as the nice white lady in the video. Why? Because it totally disproves atheism. When God is in control, he spares his believers. Psalms 121:5. The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.
It could have been so much worse! But with God on your side, the fatalities are minimal. On the other hand, if you are from one of the terrorist countries, God turns a blind eye, as in this video from Portugal: Bus crash kills a bunch of people
When I drive, I am letting Jesus take the wheel.
