  • The Equality Act threatens our right to discriminate in Freehold

    Here in Freehold, there are several florists and bakeries. Every single one of them has a very strict NO HOMO policy, which people are expected to abide by. This is now all under threat by the "Equality Act" that just passed the House. Let's make sure it never passes the Senate.

    This will remind many senior Freehold residents of the townwide trauma that was the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which is still in their fresh memory. It made shop keepers and bar owners, strong and grown men, run out and cry like babies in the streets of Freehold when it came to their knowledge that this bill had passed.

    There was a public moment of silence, the town was in a state of shock as it meant the end of the last Jim Crow laws in the Midwest that were introduced in 1876 by our then Democrat mayor, you know, back when it was still cool to be a Democrat. No longer could anyone deny service to unwashed and noisy black people, because of this intrusion of personal liberty and religious freedom from the liberal federal Government.

    Let's make sure Freehold bakeries and florists will never be forced to serve sodomite "weddings"!

    Your memory of that sad day in 1964 is helpful to all of us, Brother Bjorn. As you remember, we in Freehold were deep into State's Rights. It was not American to declare all people in every state were to have equal opportunity. It should have been left to the states themselves.

    Today we face religious discrimination. Flower shop and bakery owners must be the ones to decide who merits their services. Sinful people do not. Our stand here in Freehold has been consistent. We believe in everyone being treated equally so long as it does not violate state's rights or religious freedom.

      John 7:24 is a divine commandment from God Himself. Typical of arrogant liberals to think they know better. I don't allow fags to stay at my motel because I'm a Christian and the Bible says so, so the government can keep its nose out. I face enough persecution for my righteousness (and am blessed for it, so the joke's on them - Matthew 5:11-13) at the hands of John and Greg, the sodomite couple who run a wicked non-faith-based B&B called the Nebrask'inn the next county over. I just know they're responsible for my 1.8 star rating on Yelp. The reviews are full of all kinds of malicious slander. Let me be perfectly clear: there are no bedbugs, rats, mold, peepholes, "seriously ceepy guy[s] at the front desk," hidden cameras, "Nazi propaganda in the nightstand," or Mexican human trafficking victims anywhere near the Blood of Christ Motel.
      I was sinking deep in sin far from the peaceful shore,
      Very deeply stained within, sinking to rise no more;
      But the Master of the Sea heard my despairing cry,
      From the waters lifted me, now safe am I!

        This ridiculous "Equality" Act would be better re-named as the Not-Equality Act. And, someone who is not afraid to tell the truth is none other than that lovely, young Lauren Boebert. I will include a link to her comments, but here is a bit from the article:

        "Calling the bill "the so-called Equality Act," Boebert said, "We all know that that's just the Democrats using a play on words. There's nothing about equality in that act. If anything, it's supremacy of gays and lesbians and transvestites."

        How we should all be so grateful to have someone as dedicated and courageous as Lauren working for us -- a patriot!
