Refrigerator-Sized Chunk of Ice Crushes Car in Florida

TAMPA — It's a bird, it's a plane, it's... a refrigerator-sized chunk of ice?

A Hillsborough County resident's Ford Mustang was destroyed by just that Sunday, when a large slab of ice fell from the clear Florida sky directly onto the automobile, WTVT reports.

A neighbor of the resident who's now down a car told the local FOX affiliate that there was whooshing sound around 9 a.m. EST. Just moments later, he saw the car get crushed by ice.

Neighbors speculated the block of ice weighed at least 50 pounds.

No injuries were reported, and the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said it is investigating.

Federal Aviation Administration and local airport officials told WTVT they are unsure if a plane could be faulted for the incident.

This latest incident comes less than two weeks ago something similar happened in Philadelphia.

A chunk of ice believed to have come from a passing airliner fell through the roof of home in the Pennsylvania suburb. No one was injured, but a mother and her 4-year-old daughter were home at the time. The FAA is currently investigating that incident.

Well that's what those HEATHENS in Florida get for turning against JESUS and worshiping their VOODOO garbage! God is angry at them and we all know the Lord DOES work in MYSTERIOUS ways.

As for the people in Philly, well we all know Philadelphia is a PIT of SIN rating right up there with Sodom and Gomorrah! Need I say more?

Probably nothing, just wait and see. Most cases of apparent god revenge sightings turn out to be nothing and/or have a explanation. I remember one day on discovery channel i was watching a documentary about this volcano somewhere and it shot out tons of rocks that were shaped like crosses but then it turned out to be a perfectly explainable incident. I think it involved a chemical reaction between two substances.

Of course it is a perfectly "explainable" incident. GOD did it. There's your explanation right there. God killing everyone in the world except for Noah and his relatives, God turning Lot's wife into a pillar of salt - what's your explanation for that, eh?

This is from a sermon in church a couple of weeks ago. The Pastor admitted to hearing elsewhere, before anyone dares accuse him of plagiarism.

A farmer is in Oklahoma during a flood. The river is overflowing, with water surrounding the farmer's home up to his front porch. As he is standing there, a boat comes up and the man in the boat says "Jump in, I'll take you to safety."
The farmer crosses his arms and says stubbornly, "Nope, I put my trust in God."
The boat goes away. The water rises to the second floor. Another boat comes up, the man says to the farmer who is now in the second story window, "Jump in, I'll save you."
The farmer again says, "Nope, I put my trust in God."
The boat goes away. Now the water is up to the roof. As the farmer stands on the roof, a helicopter comes over, and drops a ladder. The pilot yells down to the farmer "I'll save you, climb the ladder."
The farmer says "Nope, I put my trust in God."
The helicopter goes away. The water continues to rise and sweeps the farmer off the roof, and he drowns.
The farmer goes to heaven. God sees him and says "Fool, it was not your time!"
The farmer falls to his knees and cries, "I put my trust in You, oh Lord, and You let me down!"
God says to the blubbering wretch, "What do you mean, pathetic sinner, I let you down? I sent you two boats and a helicopter! Now you will have eternity to regret your doubt!"

As it is with His signs. God uses the material He placed on Earth already!
