That sounds like a great way to soothe this fever I suddenly came down with >koff koff<. Yes, I think I'll go! There's one at the Greenbriar Shopping Center in Indianapolis, only about half an hour away.

I just hope I can beat my way past all those high school kids who are always milling about; it gets really crowded, and they never want to hear about Jesus.

Wow, I'm up to 102.4 degrees. I'm really needing that ice cream.

Mrs. Jacobs, who runs the church's weekly day care center, has been helping out around the house the last couple of days; Rosa has been a tad under the weather since visiting her cousins in Coyoacán.

Ed Jacobs has graciously agreed to let his wife drive me to the mall to partake of the 31-cent scoops. Isn't he a generous man? He doesn't even mind if I cough a bit in her SUV, as long as I remember to open the window before trying to spit out it this time.

Of course, their six children will be coming as well. Mrs. Jacobs said they can make sure I don't fall over if I get another dizzy spell.

That cool ice cream is going to be a delight!
