Everyone knows that stealing is a sin. People do it because they have let themselves degenerate to the point where they are not hireable in any fashion. Did you see the guy in the video? Would you hire him to do anything BESIDES steal scrap metal?
You can hear during the video the toothless meth-head asking the video vigilante if he can work for him (at 5:20). I'm pretty sure this guy has not read the Bible, but this verse is applicable:
The request is futile, but it shows how even the unsaved have some possibility for redemption. They're still going to jail.
