    Dog Shoots Owner

The only surprising thing about THIS is that people are actually surprised. For decades, we've been bombarded with "animal rights" propaganda and Satanic Disney movies featuring talking animals* who walk upright and act like humans... so it was only a matter of time before a tragedy like this happened.

NOTE TO ANIMALS: The second amendment does not apply to you! A little trip to the glue factory should set this pooch straight.

Dog Shoots Owner in the Back in Memphis, Tennessee
    Wednesday, August 01, 2007

A Memphis, Tenn., man is in critical condition Wednesday after his dog shot him in the back.

Police say King George, a 150-pound Great Dane, accidentally knocked a .22-caliber pistol off his owner's end table around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday. The gun went off, hitting his 21-year-old owner in the back, MyFOXMemphis.com reports.

"I knew he was smart, I didn't think he was that smart," the victim's fiancee, Miesha Lucas told MyFOXMemphis.com. "He was always protective. I didn't think he would be like that."

Police refused to name the victim as they do not plan to file charges in the shooting, which they've ruled as accidental.

Lucas told MyFOXMemphis.com that she fears what her fiance will do to the pet once he gets out of the hospital.

The shooting occurred in the Raleigh section of Memphis.
*Of course their have been talking donkeys, snakes, and Negros. But a mouse?

      Re: Dog Shoots Owner

Just like Virginia Tech, this tragedy shows why we need more guns. If there were a dozen teachers holding shotguns in the room, that nappy-headed dog could have been blown to Kingdom Come the second it even looked at a table with a gun on it. How many more tragedies like this will it take before we realise the need to abolish all restrictions on gun ownership?
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.
