Notice: The City of Freehold Will Not Ban LBC Wireless Microphones

A recent ruling by the Federal Communications Commission bans the type of wireless microphones used by our Pastors in their dramatic sermons at Landover Baptist Church. By this notice, the City of Freehold refuses to enforce this ban.

The reason given for the ban is very suspicious. That reason, that these wireless microphones broadcast on frequencies used by police and fire personnel, masks another purpose. That purpose, the real reason for the ban, is to limit the ability of our Pastors to loudly proclaim Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.

Public safety is increased, not decreased, by the use of these wireless microphones. This is because our Pastors preach against the unhealthy and unsafe practices of homerism, interracial marriage and liberalism.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention there, Mr. Mayor.

I appreciate your stance, but I must point out the steel framing, foil backed high efficiency insulation, masonry, and metal roofing panels at the Landover facility probably limit the microphone signals in any regards.

If there is any residual interference to Freehold municipal radio equipment, I might suggest utilizing grant money to replace the city equipment. I think there would be some Department of Homeland Security Funds available to upgrade the city equipment. No point in inconveniencing the Church when there is Federal monies available to fix any potential problem.

I think this is a case for the Supreme court, we do have freedom of speech in our church!
