New Atheist Movie "The Ledge" Not Available in Freehold

I've had some calls from parents concerned about the new atheist movie.

This is to assure everyone, the movie will not be shown at any theater in Freehold nor available to rent at any video store.

While your City Government is not here to censor what you watch, we do have a responsibility for your public safety. We have learned this movie has a Christian villian and atheist hero.

Young people may leave the theater and act out the behavior of homer atheists. Freehold will always error on the side of safety.

Sheriff Don did indeed stop by my home, and after a hard prayer session together to reeducate me on True Christian(tm) values, we burned the film in my yard.

Yes, he called me upon leaving your house.

He said you allowed him in, showed him your extensive collection of movies, and pointed out the offending film. He made a point of praising your cooperation as an example of a good citizen.

He also said that after burning the film you invited him back in and served him a excellent iced tea while he browsed the rest of your collection. He particularly enjoyed the "training" films you imported from Thailand even though he said it was a bit hard to identify the gender of the main characters.

I've noticed Sheriff Don spends a lot of time reviewing visual materials to determine if they contain porn. We are glad he does this because protecting the public is what we are all commited to doing.

He said he did not have time to review "The Ledge" and would take my word that it is inappropriate. I have to say that with Sheriff Don watching out for porn and myself for positive atheist messages, we do quite a good job of protecting citizens.
