    --

As many of you know Iowa is suffering the worst flooding in its entire history. Many towns have been wiped out, while others are just inundated and might recover. Our hearts go out to the poor people of our state, and we want to do all that we can to help with the recovery.

Many people have already left the areas of destruction, and Landover has already hosted 2 Christian families from Palo, Iowa.

Since so many will be fleeing the destruction of their homes I feel that the proper thing to do would be to have a community beautification day here to spruce up the image of Freehold so that visitors or people passing thru will feel that this place was spared by God the disasters of the flood.

Youths aged 9-15 will meet at the library to do general pick up and debris removal, while those aged 16-19 will spend the day with donated mowers to help trim any patches that are growing over.

The Ladies of Freehold have been paying close attention to bush maintenance which will add an additional element of glory to our beautiful town.

The men of Freehold will likely be washing and shining their cars and doing maintenance on the outside of their houses. Cobwebs need to be cleaned from under eaves, and window screens need to be cleaned out.

The local street sweeper has agreed to make a third pass this month, on the second Wednesday. Usually he only comes the first and third Wednesdays, so remember to move your cars from the street to your driveway so that he can clean easily; you don't want to have to clean up to the curb yourself, do you?
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

I can just imagine the masses traveling through Freehold, seeing the beauty of the city, and weeping over the memory of the homes that they once had. They will say, "Why was this city untouched by the flood?", and know that God is watching over Freehold.

Perhaps if they had embraced the love of Jesus Christ this wouldn't have happened. Serves them right!

    Psalm 139:19-20
Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men.
For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain.

Amen, Brother Hackwith. The Lord knew what he was doing when he advised our Board of Deacons to erect our anti-immigration fence. Who among us would have thought that it would route the floodwaters to the God-defying Sodoms and Gomorrahs surrounding Freehold, while sparing our fair community? It is one heck of a battle-tested, God dam fence.

Of course, we still have Ark II as a backup, just in case.

Well, the saying goes that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and our Lord has, I'm sure, never beheld any community of human beings more beautiful than ours here at Landover, Iowa. I'm speaking of inner beauty, too--the unwavering desire and determination of each and all of us here to follow His Word and do His Will all the days of our lives. PRAISE and GLORY to the LORD our GOD!
Mark 16:17 And these attesting signs will accompany those who believe: in My Name they will drive out demons.

1 Kings 21:14 Then they sent to Jezebel, saying, Naboth is stoned . . .

        A SPIRITUAL WARFARE PRAYER:
Father, In Jesus' Name, I take the Blood of Jesus and break the power of all witches, warlocks, wizards, satanists, sorcerers, wiccans, pagans, and any other source, and all of their rituals off of us. With the Blood of Jesus, I erase all evil lines drawn on our liver. . .

Here are some pictures to display the awesome power that the Lord has brought upon the rest of Iowa! Perhaps the unsaved among us will heed these images as warnings.

Here is a picture of a bridge, completely engulfed by the Glory of God!

Here you can see a young, unmarried Iowan woman and her child, wading through the flood. The cars are still above water, so God must not be finished with these Unsaved people yet.

Praise Jesus for punishing the sinners! Where beautiful houses once stood, proudly kept by their owners, they are now washed clean by the waters of the Lord!

Freehold will just look like Heaven to the masses who pass through!

I've already laid on a serious beating to my servants for failing to keep the town tidy. They'll be out that day doing their job, trust me.

This is treading very close to an Earth day type of thing, I don't know how comfortable I am with this.

I see this as nothing more than punishment for the residents of Iowa that voted for Obama during the caucuses in January. That early "victory" launched Obama's scourge upon America.

Praise Jesus and His Holy Wrath!
                Hell's foundations quiver at the shout of praise;
brothers, lift your voices, loud your anthems raise.
                ...and get off my lawn

Oh, no, Brother William; I see it as more on a par with keeping our bushes trimmed, as Sister Mary Maria and her team of inspectors have urged us to do.

I hope you mean the flooding, Brother WJB!

I'm sure a day of watching your assorted servants tidy up Freehold will be a wonderful way to build community and show affection for your town!

Might I suggest a substantial water feature to help visitors feel at home? Perhaps there's a street that could be easily converted to a Venice-style canal, for example.
                      Bible boring? Nonsense!

Or we could erect a holy water slide.

I'm not sure if we should help them or accept it as God's will. What do you say we just send them some mops with our best wishes?

I'm not sure I'm following you.

Brother Ahimaaz was suggesting that the people of Landover build a Holy Water Slide in Freehold for the children. The children of Freehold, I assume, and perhaps those of visitors who wish to join Landover.

Why would you want to give them servants' tools?
