  • For sale: Bride's eye patch

My wife has asked me to sell this item for her. She wore it on her wedding day. Personally, I think it would have been a lovely touch in the wedding photos to sport evidence of her father's last discipline before he handed her over to me. But you know what women are like - vain.

Proverbs 31:30 - Favour [is] deceitful, and beauty [is] vain: [but] a woman [that] feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.

Psalms 119:37 - Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; [and] quicken thou me in thy way.

If you think your fiance or daughter might like it, I am happy to negotiate on price.

How pretty! But I'm already married, so I don't need it. Perhaps Esther or Naomi may find it interesting.

Which eye is that for? I'm trying to make a set.
"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." (Matthew 5:16)

"But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery." (Matthew 5:32)

Matthew 18:9 makes it clear that there are occasions when the eyeball must be removed completely in order to ascertain that salvation will be possible. I had to remove the eyes and tongue from my late ex-wife in an effort to reduce her rebellious lesbian tendencies and assist her in performing her chores, when ordinary punishments failed. It helped to keep her away from other women's cooters and in the kitchen where she belonged. The wisdom of Jesus almost saved our marriage, but ultimately she was stoned to death by unknown vigilantes in our yard and I was able to acquire a more suitable wife.

The left, definitely the left. You can see the cutaway for the nose.
Unless she's a slant, and then all bets are off (they have no nose bridge, and their eyes are at a weird angle)
