Let me ask you a hypothetical question. If you had a freind who was drunk, and about to get behind the wheel of his car and drive, would you "accept him" as he was? would you tell him "Sure! Go ahead and have another drink of whiskey! I hate drunk drivers, but I love YOU?" Of course not! You would do anything in your power to get those keys away from him and set him right.

Well, that is exactly what we do at Landover Baptist. We do not think that sugar coating God's Truth will help anyone get Saved. We are serious about God's Divine Plan. You should be too.

The phrase "MusicInHerHeart" is an analogy. For me, Jesus is the music that sings its sweet melody in my heart. I am starting to come into a place of leadership within my church as head of a group of worship dancers. Whenever I listen to a song, Jesus puts a picture in my mind of me dancing with the young girls I'm leading to the music. He shows me beautiful choreography, which I know I would never be able to create of my own accord. Before I go to sleep every night, I lie in bed for a time and simply allow awesome presence of God to wash over me, and sometimes I can hear the song He sings within me. That is what I mean by having "music in my heart;" my God is building up my own song for me, and it's beautiful.

What lovely sentiments, MusicInHerHeart. I myself have attended performances of the ABT, Kirov and Bolshoi to the music of some of the masters, Delibes, Minkus and Adam.

I have had some of the same thoughts. Indeed, if you think of it the whole barbaric process of crucifixion is one of screaming agony - from the scourging at the pillar to nailing to a cross. What a delight to think that Jesus could do a fouetté rond de jambe en tournant to a nice valse lente up to Calvary, and then top it all off by rising on the third day with a grand jeté entrelacé from the tomb.
