Fellow men, something very unusual happened to me. My wife told me she wants to vote for Alfred King! At first I thought she might be joking, which would have been very unusual, but she seems to be serious about it.

Any advice?

What does who she wants to vote for have to do with who you tell her to vote for?

I admit, I am a bit of a sentimental man like you. I let my wife tell me what she wants (sometimes) before I tell her what she will do. But really, what harm is there in that? I nod when she pauses, so she thinks I'm listening and considering what she says, then I explain how things will be as True Christian(tm) men have always done. I really shouldn't humor her so but it makes her feel good, so what's the harm?

Well, I think your wife is making the wrong assumption she'll be allowed by you to vote in the first place.

If you're smart you will order absentee ballots. When they come in the mail make sure to grab them and take them to your study. Your wife will never notice.

If she asks about the ballots just tell her that you "took care of it" for her. She'll be glad that you've reduced her workload a bit. Who has time to think about voting when you're busy ironing pillowcases?

I am sorry i didn't explain myself the 56 stands for chapter 56 in The psalms. this is what my father use to read me everynight when i was a child.

This is just one little story that illustrates why that horrible Nineteenth Amendment should be repealed. Women have no place in politics, let alone in voting booths. They are easily swayed and manipulated and a smart politician can get them to follow their every whim. Remember when Obama gave speeches and women screamed at him and fainted, like it was Beatlemania?

It's no coincidence that the world has gone downhill since 1920. The amendment caused the Jazz Age and fornicating with flappers, World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the sexual revolution of the '60s, drug epidemics across our streets, gang violence, increased acceptance of homosexuality, laws persecuting gun owners, and various natural calamities. I hope Elizabeth Cady Satan and her cronies are enjoying what they wrought upon our glorious nation while they burn in Hell.

Thank you for all the advice. It helped me to get the situation under control... There will be no voting for Alfred King in this house. The sooner that guy leaves Freehold the better. He is all trouble. Which reminds me I have to start cleaning my sniper rifle.
