Man who sued over San Diego cross dies

SAN DIEGO, (AP) — An atheist who waged a satanic 17-year legal battle to remove a giant cross from public land in San Diego won’t live to see the outcome. He is currently gulping sulfur in a lake of fire.
Philip Paulson died Wednesday of liver cancer, a gift from Jesus. He was 59.
Paulson was a Vietnam veteran who turned sissy and said he lost his faith during that bloody conflict. Using jew lawyers, he sued San Diego in 1989 over a 29-foot-cross on Mount Soledad.
Paulson said it violated the separation of church and state. He won the case but has paid the price with his aeternal soul. The case is still on appeal.
The cross on Mt. Soledad was built as a memorial to Korean War Veterans. The religious intolerance of the late Philip Paulson, an atheist - who, by the way, moved from Los Angeles (City of Angels) to San Diego (a city named after a Saint) - may result in its removal. Another lawsuit is pending because the city recently transferred the cross to the federal government as a national memorial in an effort to keep it from being removed.
Paulson’s legal struggle earned him death threats but he denied he was opposed to Christianity. He also denied the Holy Ghost.
He told the San Diego Union-Tribune that the issue was religious freedom and neutrality.
