GOD HATES THRONES: HBO's "Game of Thrones" an Affront to Christian Decency
Fellow concerned Christians,
As several of you know, I have been tasked with evaluating television series Game of Thrones, based off of a series of books written by George R. Martin, for conformity with the Word of God and to determine whether this series is a threat to the American Family. These are only preliminary findings, but I can already emphatically state that this show is anti-Christian, anti-family, and anti-American for a number of reasons.
Ephesians 5:11
And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
My recommendation is that we begin rounding up books and DVDs related to this show to organize a True Christian™ book burning. Here are some of my early findings:
Excludes the Salvific Message of Christ
In the ten episodes of the first season of Game of Thrones, not once did the producers use their platform to preach the Gospel, nor did they offer thanks to Jesus for dying for their sins. This can be taken as a clear sign that even if the people responsible for this atrocity are not unrepentant God-mockers, they are spiritually anemic and too cowardly to declare themselves for Christ and incorporate His message of Redemption into all that they do.
Romans 14:23
And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.
By devoting their efforts and energy to frivolous entertainment that does nothing to win souls for God's Kingdom, those responsible for this show are not only wasting their own lives; they are wasting the lives of viewers, whose time could be better spent studying Scripture and developing a personal relationship with Jesus.
Promotes Witchcraft
While the working of the supernatural through the Will of God through Christ Jesus is well known among our congregation, Game of Thrones gives the false impression that such feats can be accomplished by one's own abilities, which is patently absurd.
Case in point: In the last two episodes of the first season, harlot "Danaris Targarian" invokes satan to give herself an abortion. Apparently, there are no Planned Parenthood clinics in Middle Earth.
Throughout his novels and throughout the show, author George R. Martin incorporates magic and witchcraft, trivializing Biblical admonitions against the dark arts.
Deuteronomy 18:10-11
There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.
Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
Revelation 21:8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
Further, by "sexing up" witchcraft, Martin encourages an interest in dark arts and the veneration of satan. Watching Game of Thrones without having the Holy Spirit to guide one's discernment is essentially training in occultism, preparing the viewer to accept an invitation into a witches' coven. Many children are fascinated by the occult because they have a deep spiritual hunger that is longing to be satisfied. Some are desperate for a life-changing encounter with the supernatural. They are looking for power and protection, especially if they feel victimized or wounded by their circumstances. By responding to this fascination and curiosity with stories of witchcraft rather than by showing them the real power and true fellowship to be found in God, the producers of this show are no better than sexual predators circling the playground in a van with tinted-out windows, trying to lure children with promises of candy and toys.
Full of Lewdness and Blatant Pornography
Every time I think of Game of Thrones, I can't help but picture thousands of men sitting in dimly lit rooms all across the country, masturbating. It's as if the producers set out with luring men into onanism as one of the key objectives of the show.
In fact, they actively sought out pornographic actresses and strippers to play various roles, including those of "Shay" and "Roz." The goal of the show is clearly to cause millions of men to spill seed, effectively killing billions of unborn children. This is an outrage. There is one place and one place only that is suitable for men to spill their seed: their wife's ovaries. In none of the instances of graphically depicted sexual intercourse are the participants seeking to bring a new Soldier for Christ into the world.
Such perversion has no place in God's Chosen Nation.This is NOT what our Evangelical Founders had in mind when they wrote the First Amendment (that would be the Citizens United ruling, but I digress). Our bodies are NOT ours to decide what to do with (I Corinthians 6:19).

Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.
Just as the producers of Game of Thrones should be ashamed of themselves and ask for forgiveness for making such filth, the millions of men feverishly masturbating to the show should do likewise. If you need to spill seed so badly, find a fertile wife into which to do so.
Glorification of Dwarves
Actor and dwarf Peter Dinklage has garnered critical acclaim from left-coast elites for his portrayal of the perverted and toilet-mouthed "Tireon Lanister." He was even awarded an Emmy for Best Supporting Actor for his role in mainstreaming the Radical Dwarf Agenda.
As any Bible Believer knows, dwarves are an abomination unto the LORD. They are not allowed in our congregation, per Leviticus 21, and other churches would do well to adopt similar policies.

For whatsoever man he be that hath a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or any thing superfluous,
Or a man that is brokenfooted, or brokenhanded,
Or crookbackt, or a dwarf, or that hath a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or hath his stones broken;
No man that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall come nigh to offer the offerings of the LORD made by fire: he hath a blemish; he shall not come nigh to offer the bread of his God.
Further, Dinklage is a vegetarian and a pervert. Is this the kind of person you want your children watching on TV? Here he is promoting bestiality.

Promotes the Radical Gay Agenda
Not content simply to recruit our children to a life of rejecting Christ, practicing occultism, imbibing in non-procreative sex, and accepting dwarves as valid human beings, George R. Martin and the degenerates at HBO insist on toeing the line of Radical Gay Agenda. Here is one example of the filth being peddled on their show.
As a certified Ex-Gay© who has moved past that dark period in my life to find an obedient and submissive wife to rule over (Genesis 3:16) and to bear me a quiver full of sons (Psalm 127:4-5), it is hard to watch that. Fortunately, I am adorned in the full Armor of God (Ephesians 6:13-17) and am able to withstand such assaults on my sensibilities without serious concern about a backslide into backsides. However, this is precisely the sort of thing that can trigger a relapse in a newly cured Ex-Gay©. Even though it has been nearly 13 years since my last truck stop tryst, it has only been in the last 6 months that I have even been comfortable eating a banana without having my wife chop it up into little cubes first. The Radical Gay Agenda has always resented those of us who have broken free of the shackles of sodomania and found new life in Christ Jesus, and it seems the producers of Game of Thrones are more than happy to help them promote their sodomaniac deathstyle choice.
