Then they believe in their own thoughts, not in God, and are worshipping something created in their own image. God promises a lot (eternal slavation) and has demands (complete obedience to His commandments). This is all plainly spelled out in every Bible, in every language.

Yes, it is heartbreaking, isn't it!? Secular law gives people easy satisfaction and security on Earth but betrays them when it comes to Eternal Life. While God has told us to follow the laws of our nation, these laws too often force people to act against God's will. This yields false comfort quickly but in the long run it only feeds the Furnace of Hell with more and more sinners.

1 Thessalonians 5:15
See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.

Look at this verse. It commands us to follow that which is good! What is good? Good is what God tells us to be good. Without Him we would have no way to do moral judgments. Our leaders have dismissed this to gain popularity during this sorry excuse of a life. The real life awaits in Heaven but disregarding Jesus corrupts this potential into repulsive acts of blasphemy, such as seeing evil in the righteous punisment of the rapist.

Please, Jesus, come quickly!

Of course there is room for individual interpretation. You have the freedom of speech. But there are consequences. The room for interpretation is in the Furnace between lava enemas that demons administer to sinners.

Thanks for your comment. There is nothing wrong that people who believe, but they can't seriously expect anyone going to marry someone who has raped her ... I know many true Christians who disagree this...

Friend, I am a True Christian(tm) and have never met you. I also took the time to check the registry of True Christians(tm) and did not see your name there. I therefore suspect those are false Christians you listen to.

A True Christian(tm) reads and follows the Bible. God never said to only follow the parts that are 'fun' and to ignore the parts that are hard. Could you imagine being both constipated and having to urinate. But you only urinate because the bowel movement is just too darned difficult? What would you do then? Well, being a Christian is the same thing. You have to push through the difficult parts, accept the unpleasantness and revel in the joy of Christianity.

My wife, Mrs. Hutchins has been raped quite a few times that I know of, having caught the rapists in the act on multiple occasions. I still married her as God tells us to. All women are whores and as such, they take advantage of men and their good nature.
