    Re: God Hates Cripples

I was made cripple through an act of God some 15 years ago. I wonder - Did the Good Lord hate me BEFORE I was crippled, and then just made me a cripple as an act of malicious humour, or Did I subconsciously make a lifestyle choice to become a cripple?
For whatsoever man he be that hath a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or any thing superfluous.--Lev.21:18

        Re: God Hates Cripples

God makes cripples for several good reasons:
        1) To punish the parents
        2) To pre-emptively punish for being bad
        3) To make the dim feel better about themselves
        4) As a warning to others to shape up.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

If God wanted to show mercy to your crippled father (God does not hate, He Smites), do you honestly think he would of enabled the doctors to save him? Each operation was performed by God to further torture your father here on Earth before he is sent to hell to burn in an eternal fire of damnation. Do not get upset with me, I am just the messenger. If he became crippled after you were born, it might be your fault.

I thought you were a female? No matter, well unless that special fellow in your life finds out. Be careful what you wish for, God does grant them. In time, it will all become crystal clear. Accepet the realities God has presented to you. Realize your dad is like he is for a good reason. Be happy for him. Make jokes.

Just so you know, God can get pretty P.O.'s if you do not capitalize the 'G'. Look what he did you the Hindu's.

You have not annoyed me. I am a little disappointed in your coddling of a cripple and you 'Woe is me' stuff about misplacing your kid. Stuff happens, then you move on. Jesus dies on the cross, then three days later, then he got over it, you should to.

There is a song you should learn. It is called "Always Look at the Bright Side of Life", writtien by some brits (which is good so you will not have to translate it).
