Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.

You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.

That's great. Demonic possession is becoming more common here, as people "do yoga" and "consult with crystal gurus" so your input will be welcome as we address this plague. So far (apart from once in England) I've never seen African gurus selling crystals – unless you include De Beers.

Possession by devils all-and-sundry is established across many continents: all of Asia, much of Africa, perhaps the vilest in South America: crystals, shrunken heads for their spirit energy whatever that is I strongly vomit when I hear their anti-Christ words. Jesus came to set us free from all that and I'm happy to welcome you, to contribute to the discussion.

The Bible doesn't forbid iconography, quite the contrary. And if you really think so, I guess you chose the wrong religion. Try Islam.

This is why we worry about your soul, Farther Rovagnati. Perhaps your Catholic seminary did not teach the lesson of an angry Moses destroying the golden calf. Pictures and symbols need to be regulated and monitored by someone with credential for that kind of thing. You Catholics have no one comparable to Pastor Zeke for that task.

Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

Why are you equiparating Prophet Moses, who was a noble Hebrew, to the not-a-Prophet Muhammad, Mr. Mayor? Beside, there is huge difference between the Golden Calf and a Saint Icon. Here, take a look:

Father Rovagnati--That kind of thinking reflects, and I'm trying to be tactful here, a little too much of the communion wine left over from last Sunday. True ChristianityTM knows a sin is a sin. If one of our members at Landover Baptist tried to put a statue of Mary on the pulpit riser it would come down immediately.

But a statue of Mary is not idolatry, as she is the Mother of God.

Catholics fall on their knees in when they see this toast:

How could a tacky lump of clay give birth to God? Until the earth was created there wasn't even any clay to create humans, let alone His own birthing person.

Isaiah 45:9 Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?
