Again and again we see sinners come here in the forum in an attempt to tell us that they know better. In most cases, we quickly realized that a large proportion of these persons do not have anything sensible to tell us all. The Bible tells us in clear terms about such people, and it's therefore difficult for us True Christians™ to take them seriously. Here are a few examples of what God tells us about fools:
Proverbs 19:1
Better [is] the poor that walketh in his integrity, than [he that is] perverse in his lips, and is a fool.
Proverbs 18:2
A fool hath no delight in understanding, but that his heart may discover itself.
Proverbs 1:7
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
Psalm 14:1
The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
Occasionally we experience a visit from people who actually can argue for their positions. Some believe even having evidence of their foolish claims dealing with science, "free thoughts" and other utopian themes.
These types think without doubt that they belong to the category of smart people. And one could easily imagine that they rejoice over this alleged knowledge they have. But why would these individuals have the least impact on our Christian values? They don’t... because it’s not only the fools who are mentioned in the Bible, so are the wise:</SPAN></SPAN>
1 Corinthians 1:19
For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
Ecclesiastes 1:18
For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.
The LORD also tells us:
Ecclesiasted 2:16
For [there is] no remembrance of the wise more than of the fool for ever; seeing that which now [is] in the days to come shall all be forgotten. And how dieth the wise [man]? as the fool.
PRAISE THE LORD!!!
