Wrong again, junglebunny. Every time we speak American, we are paying homage to God, who uplifts our country above all others.

English is a racist language. It was invented by Germanic brutes that raped and pillaged their way across a homeland inhabited by indigenous people (Celts). From that legacy, we have insitutionalized slavery, American imperialism, British imperialism, and other heinous acts that have been done using the English language.

Every time we speak English, we are paying homage to genocide and greed. I think a better world language, and primary language for America would be a language of peace, like Swahili, Xhosa, or Zulu. Or perhaps an artificial language like Esperanto.

How about we just not let them in here, it would solve that and about a zillion more problems here in the good 'ol US of A!

Or, maybe we post a sign in American at the border that says "US to the right, pit of hungry crocodiles to the left? Those that can't read it have a 50/50 chance of making it..

If God wanted everyone to sound like a talking burrito, He would have written the Bible that way. But He wrote it in English. Why do you think that is?

It's obvious that everyone spoke English before the Tower of Babel. After God confounded their language, only the most righteous were able to retain this true and perfect tongue — although today it is spoken across the entire hierarchy of humanity from Juggaloes on up. Unsaved anglophones should consider themselves lucky that they can read the Bible without having to learn the language in which it was written!

. . . and then the Mexicans degraded it into a gutter dialect of Spanish called "Mexican". Only the white people of Mexico City speak proper Castillian Spanish.

I have no problem with people using English as a second language.

As long as American is the first language.

Brother, aren't you confusing Aramaic with American?

here in Mississippi I have been disgusted, on more than one occasion, to see signs at petrol pumps written in Mexican as well as English.

    it makes me sick.

    I live in AMERICA

A friend of mine works in the call center for some pet supply company (can't remember the name) and she said that everytime someone calls in and asks "habla espanol?", instead of looking for someone who speaks spanish or getting a supervisor, they're pretty much required to say "sorry, no one here speaks spanish, we only speak english, have a great day" and before they're able to hang up, the person who was speaking spanish suddenly learned to speak English! Who knew?
