This has long worried my boys, Sister. The only immediately obvious and familiar alternatives seem to be either the so-called Roman numerals (I need say no more about those) or some sort of binary system of counting. The latter would at least be in accordance with Genesis 1:27.

Another advantage of the binary system is that it discourages non-binary attitudes and pretty much ensures that those who pretend to be pan-sexual are totally out of the loop, at least as far as the study of math is concerned. I mean, who wants a pervert as a tax accountant?

Re: We need to rename the stars

White people have stolen all of the names of the stars just like they have taken everything else. Some stars should be named for the very many illustrious Black men who have been discriminated against. There is no star named for Marcus Garvey or Bob Marley or even King James IV of Scotland who was a Black man. Dr. Martin Luther King who was a Black man killed by white people has no star named for him. White people suppose that just naming a street after Dr. King in every city in Babylon will be enough while they deny him a star. Every night when a Black man walks outside and looks up all he sees is more evidence of white racism.

The stars should be named after glorious Kim Il-sung, Kim Jong-suk, Kim Jong-il and other great Korean heroes.
"When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt." - Deuteronomy 20:1

I like this one. If change "the LORD thy God" to the spirit of Juche and "the land of Egypt" to Japanese imperialism, then it can be used to metaphor Korea's struggle against the Western powers.

We could name a star "North Korea", so that long after North Korea stops burning and the people of Earth have forgotten what North Korea was, we can see the star "North Korea" glowing in the night.

I like the idea of Basilissa.
Rename all constellations not mentioned in the Scripture to Godly American presidents, like Trump, George W Bush, Reagan, Nixon and Jefferson Davis. God made Cassiopeia shaped like a "W" to remind us to name it George W Bush.
And ditch the Greek letters for ordering stars from brightest to dimmest, use the NATO phonetic alphabet instead, so we get stars like Alfa Nixon, Bravo Reagan, Charlie Trump and Delta George W Bush (instead of the jihad name Rukbat) and Echo Davis. Revoke star names for stars dimmer than the 26th in each constellation.

I'm suggesting Calvary to replace the blasphemous southern cross which suggests that Jesus was lying when He saw the whole world from a mountain top. We know that Jesus could do anything regardless of the circumstances but secularists do not believe this, proclaiming Jesus as a normal man or as not existing at all so what they're saying is that Jesus was lying about this.

But it could be called Golgotha. There's a nearby feature which does look a bit like a skull. Some people even imagine they can see an eye in it! Very happy to include suggestions, here is what the names would look like with the suggestions so far:
              alpha Golgotha
              bravo Golgotha
              charlie Golgotha
              delta Golgotha
              echo Golgotha
              alpha Calvary
              bravo Calvary
              charlie Calvary
              delta Calvary
              echo Calvary

You don't think Charlie Golgotha sounds like a doom-metal singer or something?

Re: We need to rename the stars

                Sister Mitza,

It is time we assessed the worst of the worst, the constellation and the star that reflect the total depravity of the astrologer community the best.

                Canis major.

It is in the Papist vernacular and means "Great Dog". Imagine: The secularists have actually put a dog on the Firmament. We can only imagine how upset Jesus must feel about that as His instructions explicitely deny the Created dog kind (Genesis 1:24) any access into Heaven.

                Revelation 22:15

For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

The Milky Way passes through Canis Major and several open clusters lie within its borders
As you can also see, the stargazers refer to this constellation my poorly hidden references to male seed (the "milky" way) and female genitalia (I never mention the word "clusters" and in this case they are "open").

Re-naming mandatory, ever more so as the brightest of these stars is called Sirius, named after a charecter in the Harry Potter Heretical Universe. This constellation has 8 main stars (Sirius, Adhara, Wezen, Murzim, Aludra, Tau Canis Majoris, Phurud, Mulipheim; almost all in the Muslin tongue) so we need quite a few names. I suggest some Manly names!

                1 Chronicles 2:1 (6 here)
These are the sons of Israel; Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun,

Deuteronomy 27:12 (2 more available here)
These shall stand upon mount Gerizim to bless the people, when ye are come over Jordan; Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Joseph, and Benjamin:

Obviously, the brightest one would be Joseph.

                Yours in Christ,

                Elmer
2 Kings 18:25 - Am I now come up without the LORD against this place to destroy it? The LORD said to me, Go up against this land, and destroy it.

Re: We need to rename the stars

I have updated the poll to make the stars all have Biblical names.

So instead of Orion, we will have Peter cutting the ear off the soldier.

And instead of Aquarius, we will call it Jonah's whale.

Instead of Aquila, the Holy Spirit.

                  And so on..
Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

But as early as Genesis 15 even the sub-literates (as you must have them to be) recognised that stars are uncountable. Whereas popish corpses are never in short supply. What important element do I miss here?

On the other hand, the saints of Rome are especially weak in number and well insufficient as place keepers for yet-to-be counted stars.
