Lots of people have "seen" Elvis, too. If germ theory isn't just a theory, why do even Christ-denying secular sources call it germ theory?

It's not a theory, it's proven microrganisms exist, and explain things such as medicines work without there being anything to act on.

multiply? - They probably don't. They must be like coathangers - you never know how many there are, so you can't count them in the first place. You have to admit that they are small (if they exist) and all look much the same.

Bicycles did not exist in The Holy Land at the time of Our Lord but we cannot deny them.

Bacteria are over-rated and they may just be bits of dirt floating about (OK, bits of dirt with patterns on them but, bits of dirt all the same.)

Did not Our Dear Lord dismiss any potential effects, in the following passage:
M't:15:20: These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.

Whatever they are, or if they are, is of no consequence to the Faith of a Believer and True Christian. So rather than derail a thread, could you just let this one drop? Thank you.
