I feel i should add my voice to this. Evolution is a concept almost universally accepted by all scientists and a large majority of the population. It is also supported by many pieces of evidence that is being added to every day.

I had to pause and pray for a bit, and while doing so, it struck me that God probably gave coloreds the coconut as a subtle suggestion. You see, the coconut is a dark, rough thing, but on the inside it is pure white and sweet. The message is simple then. God wants darkies to act more like whites. They need to cast off their offending demeanor and behave more like pure, sweet white people.

Trust a dyke to think that being gay is more important than being a Christian. Billions of people have put their Lord above such filth! The Bible says the gaywise are an abomination; Jesus hates gays with all His heart.

Who the hell is anyone to say that its wrong. sure its not a biological normality, but neither is having cerebal palsy, or being a conjoined twin, but they still have rights dont they? I can't believe you have to be involved in a project that requires you to state that homosexuals shouldn't have equal rights. That is morally unjustifiable, and I would argue that you're not comfortable debating such a heated issue when you don't agree with your assigned position. I wish the people who quote the bible as being God's reason for disliking his gay children would read the rest of that section. If they would quote and live by the whole text without being so selective I maybe would respect their thinking. But, I can't help believing that a wise, loving, all knowing God hardly notices what we do in the bedroom. Just an afterthought - can anyone think of some new names besides Adam and Steve. 1. Kids in A-freak-a are dying of malnutrition because they and their parents are too stupid to walk a few miles and go live in the forest where there is plenty of food. If you are dumb enough to squat in the dirt and let flies crawl on your face while you starve to death, you deserve what you get.

There are no forests in Africa - except for a few remaining tropical rain forests which, surprisingly don't contain that much food. The most food is found on open the Savannah and it is out of reach of most of the hungry.

The hungry are at the mercy of the corrupt governments and until this problem is breached there will be hungry people in Africa, no amount of donations can help.

How do you know he did? The most humble answer to such profound questions should simply be:"I don't know". Sadly, few of us have the courage of giving that answer. In my ignorance, I learn as much as my mind allows me to, to understand the universe, with the methods and tools of science, that great minds had left to all of us as a precious legacy to study and improve. We're better off directing our energy and passion towards rational goals, not in myth and pseudoscience, that already have damaged humanity so much. We have no need to be superstitious or fearful of God because the universe operates perfectly well without it. The question "whether a God created the universe" doesn't make any sense because time didn't exist before the Big Bang, therefore, there is no time for God to create the universe in. It's like asking directions to the edge of the Earth; the Earth is a sphere - it doesn't have an edge, so looking for it is a futile excise.

The video is mistaken on some things.

1. Scientists do not worship dirt. As far as i know, no one worships dirt. Scientists would have no reason to, they don't believe that the dirt will in any way hear them, nor do they think the dirt would in anyway help them.

2. The speed of light is not a constant. But Einsteins equation used the speed of light, in a vacuum. Light tends to move at slower speed when traveling through something (ex, air). The speed of light in a vacuum is a constant.

3. We do know how stars form. Its when a gaseous cloud starts to compress due to gravity. This cloud gets smaller and hotter (due to Boyle's law relating pressure to heat). Eventually, when the center of the cloud reaches 10 million degrees Kelvin (A scientific unit of temperature related to Celsius, Fahrenheit equivalent is 25 million degrees), the hydrogen in the cloud starts to fuse into helium, this produces a tremendous amount of energy and the star comes to life.

4. A nova is not when a star dies. A supernova is, but shockingly, the two things are very different.

5. The CMBR (Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation) does not prove the big bang, it does however prove that arounD 13.7 billion years ago, the entire universe was extremely dense and each cubic meter glowing with more power than the Sun.

6. I can think of no method besides the Doppler effect why almost every star in other galaxies (with some galaxies as exception, with their stars being more blue) has a reddish hue.

7. Quasars do exhibit a wide range of luminosities due to their extremely active galactic black hole.

8. Complexity does not require intelligence. A great example of this is the Mandelbrot set, look it up if it interests you.

9. Information is never lost, that is another physical law. Information may become more spread out but it can never be lost.

10. Like I said before, the overall entropy of the universe is decreasing but some areas are gaining entropy faster while others are becoming more complex. The overall entropy of the universe is increasing but other areas are still more complex than others.

Admittedly, I only took astronomy as a bird elective when doing my Mechanical Engineering degree, but I don't recall any of the profs saying stars are alive.

1. After a little research, I learned there is at least on cargo cult that worships dirt. This cult exists in Vietnam and Scientists are not part of it.

2. Its personification, the Star is not actually alive. Comes to life is a phrase that can refer to anything that was inert becoming active in some way.

3. Why would god make some galaxies appear red or blue?

4. The information is still there. using very advanced mathematics and physics, one could determine, from the motion of the particles inside the hard drive, exactly what it said. We can't do that yet but it would be possible.
