I still have yet to read why scientists haven't even been able to create one single cell. Can you explain that?

It is a cosmological timescale issue. We as humans are merely a blink on the evolutionary timeline. Cellular evolution because of it's totally random nature functions outside the paradigm of our existence.

Long after our species is gone other multicellular lifeforms will take our place. Hopefully they will be much more advanced that those that occupy this place, but nature will do as she wishes.
