Re: Scientists Baffled by Discovery of Hell

while i agree that some scientists are vehemently against any religion I disagree i believe a true scientist should aproach any problem witfh an open mind i have studied physics, chemistry and biology although physics to a greater level and I have seen experimental evidence first hand to prove much of what i have learned.
The theory of evolution is just that a theory. It is the generally accepted theory due to the fact that it hashas the most hard physical evidence to back it up but it is still just a theory, it has not been conclusively proved.
Creationism is shunned and treated with derision (i do not think any theory that has been seriously put forward should be treated with derision) due to the fact it has the least physical evidence.
And please do not quote the bible at me here as that is not in itself physical evidence.

Scientists don't operate so honorably like you claim. Big Science is an atheist old boy's network. Anyone who tows the party line is lauded with honors while those who actually practice honest science (like Creation Science) are derided and ignored. There's a gulf of difference between science and scientists, but atheists like to think they are one in the same. They fail to realize scientists are human and make mistakes and are governed by beliefs, opinions, prejudices, and other psychological issues.

The Science Network is not about discovering the nature of God's creation further, it's about advancing atheism. It is political and biased. Fortunately we have a few scientists out there who work according to what science is about, and of course, they always come to the same conclusion of what the Bible already tells us is true.

I apolagise for the wall of text (for which i recieved an infraction for and i shall endevour to correct this in the future.
However the infraction was also for being of topic which i was not and it only need to be one paragraph as you move onto another paragraph when you change the place, time, or subject you are discussing.
I shall try to make it clearer for you, basicaly a scientist looks at the facts and develops a theory based on them. He then trys to find out if this theory is correct or false. If it is false he forms another theory until he finds one that is proven to be true.
The reason i posted this is in earlier (and the reason why it was not off topic) post you were using this information to cast doubt on scientists and the scientific process. Scientists get things wrong no one deny's this not even the scientists themselves.
I will probably get another infraction as i suspect the true reason is that the moment anyone posts a opposing viewpoint on this forum thats what happens i hope im proven wrong on that front as my name suggests i am opent to persuasion.
P.S I have use the enter button liberally and i know this post is somewhat long winded but if I do get a infraction it would be somewhat unfair if it was for that or the wall of text thing again which was a valid point.

I couldn't figure anything out by reading that. I hope that's not your thesis paper.

Id like to point out that the key ability of any good scientist is to admit that he is or could be wrong. A good scientist look at what he knows and from that he trys to figure out that which he doesnt know. Scientist come up with ideas that fit the facts these are called theories they then try to find out through experimentation and observation whether this theory is correct or not. For this aproach to work you have to enter into it without preconcieved notions. Once enough evidence is gathered either the theorie is proved wrong and they begin work on a new theorie or it is proven correct and is considered a fact. Sadly as is human nature mistakes are sometimes made either in experimentation or observation despite the best efforts to prevent this or information the theorie is based on turns out to be wrong. This means that a theorie that is considered a fact is found to be untrue and then instead of constantly trying to pointlessly uphold that theory despite overwhelming evidence *cough* they try to find out where the problem is. Well good scientists do, sometimes personal interests stand in the way of this sadly. Anyway that is the basis on which scientist operate so just because one theory turns out to be wrong is not reason to doubt and discredit all scientific discovery and knowledge. Although a questioning nature is something very valuable as anyone with a small amount of intelligence will have figured out from reading this.

"Professor" (I highly doubt you teach at anywhere), you fail to appreciate how awesome it is that hell has actually been found to be real, and therefor proving 100% that Christianity is the one true faith, and that all of this has been covered up by the MAINSTREAM MEDIA! Now, that's just stoopid.

First of all, your post has no point. You just call scientists stupid (spelled "stoopid". Look who's talking) and conclude the post. Discovering something they thought to be impossible is nothing major. Most theories have been wrong and then corrected. Your thread, therefore, is pointless.

For some on that plane, they could be in Heaven now basking in the glory of God's presence or not. Didn't you say we know - each of us knows where we stand? So, why would this be a tragedy if a person is always prepared die and knows their standing? Only those that don't know need beware. Is this thought process correct?
If God loved those people, why would he decide to make them endure a horrible fiery plane crash that painfully kills them before letting them into heaven? Hmm? No, True Christians pass out of this world in three ways: 1) dying peacefully at a ripe old age, 2) be ascended by God into heaven, like Moses and Elijah, 3) being killed at the hands of hateful, persecuting heathens. Besides this, God has promised to save us from all things:

Luke 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Do not mock the cross of Jezus! He died on that cross, suffering horrible and inhuman pain so you should have respect for the cross. Hang one above your bed and remember each and every night thatyou should worship the instrument that made Jezus suffer beyond imagination and boundaries of human tollerance! I worship the cross!
