The New Scientist magazine has put together a guide to "Myths of Global Warming". More accurately, the explanations could be called "Lies to make you believe in Global Warming"!

I swear, there's nothing these people won't do to turn us all into third-world subsistence farmers!

And besides, your claim is just silly. Not everyone in the world will become gay, there will always be people attracted to the opposite sex. Sheesh! That's like saying that if we were to legalize marijuana, everyone would become potheads. Not everyone likes pot!

Let's say for a moment that all this global warming brouhaha has a shred of scientific merit (it doesn't). Take a look at things logically:

When you toss wood onto a fire or add coal to a furnace, what happens? The fire gets hotter. So what happens when there's a gigantic furnace underneath the Earth (let's call it "Hell" for the moment) and enormous amounts of fuel ("souls," if you will) are being added to it at an ever-increasing rate? It's going to get hotter, of course, and the Earth's surface above it is going to get hotter as well. It's abundantly obvious from the state of moral decline in human civilization that more "souls" than ever before are indeed entering this "Hell," so an increase in the average surface temperature would be a perfectly natural byproduct of this trend.

Therefore, the answer to stopping this "global warming" isn't to drive smaller SUVs. It is to spread the Word of God to all who will listen, and to impose it by force on those who will not.

But like I proved, the Earth isn't getting hotter. Thus, our mission of evangelism is succeeding. PRAISE!

Above the earth's crust, there's something we call 'atmosphere'. In that atmosphere, there's a layer we call 'ozone layer', which can be found between the altitudes of around 15-30 m. Because of the air pollution, this layer is getting thinner and thinner and a layer of CO2 is getting thicker. This causes on one side a higher rate of UV-rays and on the onther side:
The sun sends heat to the earth. The ozone layer holds a lot of this heat, so the earth would be 'overheated'. Because of the ozone layer being thin, this heat is better absorbed in our atmospere and on the ground. But: the heat can't go away so easly because of the thick layer of CO2, only a small amount can get through this. The sun keeps sending heat and so the earth gets 'overheated'. To stop this, we need to fix the thin spots in the ozone layer and stop leading CO2 to that layer. That we only can make real by stopping to pollute the air so much.

And THAT is something worthy of reading...

Global Warming isn't working like that

Well, you LIEberal know-it-alls have YOUR theories, and we have ours. You believe that global warming is caused from certain gasses deposited into the air that trap warmth in the earth's atmosphere. And I believe that the current warming trend is clear and unambiguous evidence of more souls being cosumed by hellfire, or perhaps God having a temporary imbalance of bodily humors.

Both theories have exactly the same merit. We just happen to disagree.
