Revelation 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
    No you won't.

You know what, maybe if you people would not shout and swear so much I could have taken any of this forum seriously. Wondering around a bit and looking at the topics that are made I came to the conclusion you are all deluded ignorant people raised by the hard word of god and the bible and I pity you.
Now I'm sure this will end up in a permanent ban, because this is how you people are; anyone that denies the existence of a god while people not believing in god are mostly the scientist creating new technology and saving lives, while you people are only hating around and not brining love in this world.
I pity you people, hope you live a nice live and see you in heaven

First of all, this is NOT a debate forum. We're right and you're wrong, according to Jesus and the Holy Word of God. Please read THIS thread before making an even bigger fool of yourself.

Secondly, while the internets might seem to be "free" to you, this particular corner of the internets is a privately owned Christian forum. The rights you have on this forum are listed HERE. Please contact a Pastor immediately if you feel that any of your rights have been violated.

Finally, your unsaved opinions or tantrums are not even slightly of interest to us. We follow the Holy Word of God TO THE LETTER, and make no apologies for that. One of the most important commandments in the Bible tells us to avoid unsaved scum such as yourself. You wandered in here uninvited, and unwelcome .

So a few mathematicians sulk for a bit. Big deal!

It's not down to what we want. We don't WANT pi to be 3 - but if God says it is then that's that.

I don't mind your willful ignorance of my quiz. It's God you will answer to on Judgment Day, not me. I am just the messenger. Go ahead and shoot me; it will only get me to Heaven faster.

I have already provided the scripture that states the circumference of a ROUND OBJECT (i.e. circular object) is thrice its diameter. I am not going to cite it again.

Enjoy Hell, Godmocker! Heaven here I come! Woohoo!

Friend, we don't follow these rules because they make sense! Oh goodness no! If God wanted to make sense to us mere humans, do you really think He would have created light (Genesis 1:3) before He created the sun and moon and stars? (Genesis 1:14-18)

    Why that's just silly!

God's sense is so far above ours as to make it look quite foolish from our vantage point. (Isaiah 55:9) We don't follow the Holy Bible because it makes sense, we follow the Holy Bible because it is the Word of God, and God alone has the power to save us from the eternity of Hell He lovingly and justly created just for us! (Mark 16:16)

If you want to debate people, THIS is the place to go.

Please make a thread of your own in the "Introductions" section of the forum, so that we can properly greet you. Tell us about yourself, your church, and how you came to find Jesus.

And if you're here to flame us, better take a look at THIS before making an even bigger ass out of yourself.

I will pray that the Holy Spirit enter you and chase the demons out of your rectum and let Jesus fill you with His Grace. If you use your God-given free will to reject Christ and His temporary death on the cross for my sins, then you are sending yourself to hellfire.

I would like to remind you that you were the one who stated anything about a writer. In addition, I'd also like to point out that if "God meant Circle", he'd do exactly that". This same methodology applies to you.

I have explicitely stated that I do not encourage you to disrespect your religion or your bible. Science is a branch of knowledge obtained through systematic observation and experimentation. It is only this an nothing more- anyone who claimed otherwise (including science=atheism ) is disrespecting honest folk who are on a simple search for truth such as myself. To answer your question, science is good for lots of things, like solving worldly problems and advancing internet and technology. I read my science book because it has more pages than the bible, is written in proper modern English, and explains things in an intuitive and reasonable way.

    Pop quiz, atheist.

    1. What is the perfect word to describe an oval:

    a. round

    b. an oval

    2. God's Word is:

    a. perfect

    b. pretty close to perfect

    3. The word round most perfectly describes:

    a. a circle

    b. an oval

Either Pi = 3, or the Bible is not the perfect word of the divine creator. The Bible is the perfect word of the divine creator, therefore Pi = 3.

What if this assumed God you're preaching about wants you to do the exact opposite of what you all think he wants you to do? Sounds crazy and unreasonable? Well, there you have it- you're not supposed to use reason, right? So what's keeping you from disobeying everything from your bibles? And your prophets too? It may sound crazy, but this is the cost of throwing reason out the window. Reason is good: it makes sense of things, and helps us figure out things we don't know by using patterns and other common methodologies.

I'm not here to say you shouldn't listen to the bible, or to disrespect your religions. Nor am I here to tell you the greatness of science. I here only to observe the community and point out inconsistencies where I see them.

There's no shame in wanting to understand the truth.
