You apparently didn't think your response out too well.

The sun should be lower down because the Southern Hemisphere is warmer than the Northern Hemisphere. That picture shows the Northern Hemisphere being warmer than Southern Hemisphere.

When it is Summer in the Southern Hemisphere it is Winter in the Northern Hemisphere.
During that time, the Southern Hemisphere is warmer.

However, when it is Summer in the Northern Hemisphere, it is Winter in the Southern Hemisphere. Then, the Northern Hemisphere is warmer.

The fluctuations are due to the change of position of the strongest solar rays relative to the equator. I feel like a third grade science teacher.

The Earth is incredibly massive, don't you agree? If for example, you were walking in the mountains, do you think you could walk a perfectly straight line? How about in the salt flats? Probably not. But you'd think you did. You see, between Gods Intelligent Pulling and the majesty of His powers, you might think you are traveling in a straight line when in fact, you are going in a slight curve, so imperceptible that you'd never notice it.

Friend, as has been posted so many times, the Earth is shaped like a silver dollar, just as round and just as flat. So of course, any artists depiction will show a curved edge of the firmament.

Yet on some science board, I read that if the spherical earth was the size of a globe, sattalites would be approximately a fingernail thickness above the surface. Now please explain, if they're that close to the earth, how do they get a complete picture of the earth?
