Well, in response to this, I present a woefully misguided and ignorant post, I will now proceed to make a fool of myself, one by one.
And before your ban me, and delete this post, may I remind you of of what Jesus wants us to do. He wants us to think for only about Him, and examine the world to discover the truth, as it says (Romans 12:2 KJV) "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

In response to 'experiment' one, what happens if you jump on a train? You land where you jumped, because while the train is moving parked, so are you! This same principle applies to the earth as well.
In response to 'experiment' two, the ballon does in fact attract the paper, only a tiny amount. Gravity is based on mass (the weight of an object) and the earth has far more mass than the balloon, so the paper is pulled towards ballon, not the Earth.
In response to 'experiment' three, you're just not getting high enough to notice much of a change in view. Try getting a little higher (I huff glue), as these (http://space.1347arts.com/guide) people did, capturing pictures of the earth's curvature. But sure, think it's flat. I guess this (http://msnbcmedia9.msn.com/j/MSNBC/C...0.grid-6x2.jpg) picture must be faked. Oh wait, that's you, with your photo-shopped pictures of the earth's 'edge.' Honestly, how ignorant can you get?
The Bible NEVER says the earth is sherical. It refers alletutioslycaticatphrasticalisiously (is that to big of a word for you? It's a lot of letters long. It means not 'Whatever') to the 'corners of the earth' but that refers to the LAND, not the entire planet. Continents have edges, as does the ocean, all the water pours away.
Honestly, explaining to me is like talking to a toddler.

Friend, this is absolutely a Christian Nation, 'Under God' and "In God We Trust'. When you are being court marshalled for crimes against the state (if they actually bother to try you), look about the court room, notice the walls are lined with verse from the Bible. As is the capital and all US currency.

Hello Mr. Osborne, I have a few points I would like to regarding your proof of a flat earth. Maybe you could help me better understand it if you could address my points here.

1) The reason why you don't fall back down onto the truck when you jump is because of the force of the wind pushing you back. This friction is what slows down your velocity while the truck's velocity continues at the same pace. You could try this same test but more accurately inside an airplane. If you were to jump while inside of an airplane while traveling over 500mph, you will land in the exact same spot. I won't get too much into detail of why this works since I know most people won't be very interested, but this is the same principle that applies when you try to jump as high as you can while standing anywhere on earth. We are simply traveling at the same speed as everything else surrounding us, so there is no friction laid upon our bodies to slow us down and force us to land on a different spot.

2) Gravity does help explain why this is not very accurate but since you altogether don't accept gravity to be real, I will not bother discussing this much further. But just remember, there is a reason why everything that goes up, must come down. That reason was labeled "gravity" and there are ways to test it.

3) This one you may not be able to do on your own but certainly it could have been done by someone with access to the right equipment. The best way to test this is to use any one of the largest telescopes we have around the world. Many of these are capable of taking close pictures of the moon which is about 238,000+ miles away. These telescopes are also located atop the highest mountains for best visibility so it should also help prove your point. If the earth was flat, we could take one of these telescopes, point them straight towards the horizon and see pretty much any place on earth. If the earth is flat, it's diameter would be roughly 24,900 miles so surely our telescopes are capable of this. With this in mind, we would be able to see the Eiffel Tower, for instance, from any given place on earth. But the fact is that this is impossible. Why do you think this is?

Friend, this is absolutely a Christian Nation, 'Under God' and "In God We Trust'.

1954 President Eisenhower and Congress added the phrase "under God” into the Pledge. In 1865 an act was passed that allowed "In god we trust" to be put in as well. This was not a christian nation when it was founded. It has been changed constantly through out the years.

And to say the earth is flat is just plain stupid. The idea of a flat circle in space, while a giant star floats around it is absolutely stupid. We are on a giant rock in space that is in the shape of a sphere orbiting a giant star that is millions of miles away. May i remind you that this "star" (AKA: the sun) Is much, much larger then our world. And if gravity isnt real, then why does an apple fall out of an apple tree? If nothing is pulling down on it, it would sit there until someone plucked it off.

Quite honestly I am disappointed in myself for even responding to these types of topics. I feel like I am falling down the chart of intelligence for debating this. Humans are much more smarter then this people! We adapted faster then any animal on this planet! Lets act like it!
