Friend, I cannot help you if you are too lazy to learn. Sitting on a Bible does not magically put the Word of God in you either.

I grew up going to church, I attended a Catholic school from Kindergarden till I went to highschool. I've read the bible over and over and over. I go to church often. I've learned a lot about the Lord, I'm only 22 right now. That means I've spent over half of my life learning about the Lord. I'm not too lazy to learn as you stated.

If anything it is you who is too lazy to learn. Reading one book doesn't make you all knowing of the world. It's the bible, God didn't even right the thing. And most of it is just old stories.

Wow, with that statement i do believe you have shown us why you refuse to believe anything science tells you. You are incapable of thinking for yourself. That's why there are the regular Catholics who are accepting and care for "all god's children" and then the bible humping wackjobs who think anything that isn't in their precious book is the devil's work and is evil.

First, Catholics are NOT Christians. Do a search if you need more "data" on that.

Second, I believe in God and I follow the Bible. I don't need to be filling my head with a bunch of random thoughts or ideas. God said it, I believe it, case closed.

Third, God (notice the capital 'G' there?) CREATED the Devil. His place in the Lord's plan is to tempt those with weak resolve into sinning. Being a Christian wouldn't be so special if it was easy.

It seems that some people are unsure of the difference between gravity and Centripetal force. Centripetal force IS NOT the reason that you are held on the ground. I don't believe it to be intelligent falling that holds us here, either, but the earth spinning (which would be the cause of any type of centripetal force you would experience) is not relevent to the conversation.

If the world were to stop spinning, we would still be effected by gravity, or God or whatever it is you think causes us to keep our feet on the ground

I don't want argue that the earth is round or flat. But i want to shed so light how this 3 experiments prove nothing.

1. I want you all to take a tennis ball get on the highway an reach highway speed an set the cruise control to whatever the highway speed it. Now when you are going straight no turns no hills. With the windows rolled up so no air an blow on the tennis ball. Tosh the tennis ball in the air in the car. It will move straight up an straight down. Meaning that if the world was moving like the car is at a constant speed. An you jump up an down it will prove nothing!!! Cause the ball just went up an right back down.

Now if you did that in the back of a truck while it was gaining speed of course you would fall off.

Now if you let that truck get to speed an you where in the back of a truck an you jumped up you might not fall off. Depending on how fast or how strong the wind resistance would be.

Do you follow that?

Its kinda like when you swing a bucket of water of your head if you do it fast an smooth enough the water will stay in the Bucket.
