Mary already perfectly explained to you why your disproofs are false.

Then you can stay behind with the college professors and your hypothesis while we get raptured to heaven. You'll get to see Fermat's Theorem totally fail to save you.

    Mathematical proof? Hah.

You can "prove" anything with math, buddy. Mathematicians are among the stupidest I've ever talked to. I even had a guy once tell me parallel lines meet!

Please reread 1 Corinthians 15. Take special note of the verses 12-19. Christ has been raised from the dead, therefore our faith is not in vain. If our faith is not in vain, the Holy Bible is True. If the Holy Bible is true, pi = 3.

I sense from you such hostility towards Jesus, but dear, He can help you! He can make you whole! He can offer you peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7)!

Won't you give Him a try?

    Re: Gravity

Okay. I just made up this little graphic in Maple 15, so please take a moment to look at it and try to follow along closely. A circle is defined as the collection of points which are equidistant from a central point or center. The distance of the points on the circle from the central point or center is called the radius. Twice the radius is the diameter. Now, we can inscribe (draw inside and touching) a hexagon (six-sided shape) with equal side lengths and equal interior angles inside a circle. Let's say the circle has a diameter of 2, so a radius of 1. The circle and the hexagon will have the same center (because the hexagon is equal-sided and inscribed). Now draw a line from the center of the circle to each angle in the hexagon (the angles are where the hexagon touches the circle). This divides the hexagon into six triangles of equal size. The sides of the triangles that go from the center of the circle to the edge of the circle must have side length 1 because that is the radius of the circle. Also, the angle in the triangles between those two radial sides must be 60 degrees because all six identical triangles together go all the way around the center of the circle, so 360 degrees in total (360/6 = 60). The other two angles in each triangle must be equal because of the two sides being equal (isosceles triangle). As you know, the three interior angles of a triangle sum to 180 degrees, therefore the other two angles are 60 degrees each (60+60+60=180). Therefore these six triangles are equilateral triangles, that is, all three sides are the same length, namely length 1. If we add up the perimeter of the hexagon, then, we get 6. Now, the shortest distance between any two points is a straight line as we all know. If we look at the circular arcs between the points where the circle and the hexagon touch, those arcs are not straight lines, so they must be longer than 1. Therefore the perimeter of the circle is more than 6. Therefore the ratio of the circle's circumference to its diameter is more than 6/2=3. Therefore Pi does not equal 3.

I made a graphic to illustrate in case anyone has trouble picturing everything or remembering 9th grade geometry.

    Yes (see I Kings 7:23).

Sure. Science is just fine...so long as it fully agrees with everything we already know from the Bible...

    20. O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: 21. Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. (I Tim. 6:20-21)

FYI, the most important and brilliant computer scientist of all time, who had mega influence on the computers you are all using right now, was Alan Turing. He fought the Nazis by code-breaking for the British during WWII, a feat which is impossible without science. Incidentally, Turing was gay.
Those are a simple manipulation of nature, over which we have been given dominion by God (Genesis 1:26). And electricity, which powers these devices, is spoken of in the Bible as a tool of the Almighty (Psalm 144:6; Matthew 24:27).

    Yours in Him,

That doesn't answer my question. Why do you continue to use the multitudinous products of science, which you are doing even as you read this, if science is so evil?

Turing is in hell for being gay, not for inventing the computer.

I can think of several reasons. Getting you to stop from harming children with your anti-religious posts on this friendly Christian family forum being on of them.
