God killed Onan for doing that, so the answer's, "No". It also shows that dogs, etc., cannot hear God's Word and thus do not need free will, which shows they don't have souls.

And if animals had souls they'd have been given the ability to read Scripture by God. They haven't and thus don't have souls.
