You sure about that? That'd mean that more water is being created somewhere.
Perhaps you've heard of oceans. What makes you think that the continents were as they are now before the Flood? How could animals coming off the Ark have gotten to places like Australia and South America if the continents were as far apart as they are today? 
Do you realize how little of the Earth's land mass is actually above water?
