I agree with your definition completely, and by definition the "scientists" wrongly refer to EVILution as a scientific theory (sense 1) when it should be classified as a colloquial hypothesis (sense 2) , because they cannot "confirm nor deny their hypothesis through observation or experiment" There is no eyewitness to past events to cover 'observation' and the 'experiments' cannot be exactly replicated because, again the scientists must speculate on the conditions of the Earth at that time as they try to simulate the conditions of Earth's past. It is simply impossible to do. "Facts" in the sense of science are like shifting sands. They change time and time again, and just because many people hold the "facts" to be true--general laws, principles, or "known observations" means nothing to me. Romans 3:4. I believe that God gave us all free will to make our own choices. If you choose to deny God and go to hell with your homer buddies then have at it, but in your black, depraved hearts you should on a purely intellectual level acknowledge that it takes as much or more faith to believe in your "scientific" theory as it does to believe in God.

But it's not, evolution is classified, in literature, biology, geology, physics, astronomy, in fact, it accepted in every field of every subject, including, 70% of theologians

Which is fine, they don't have to mean anything to you, they WILL remain FACTS regardless of your subjective position to them, even to you

But to give a more logical analogy, one I use often.

Most murderers are convicted and sentenced in the same way. Rarely does anyone actually witness the act of murder take place, instead an investigator will retrieve the evidence and therefore provide a "beyond all reasonable doubt" meaning with the absence of all unproven absurdity it IS fact.
