I'll explain this simple:
Evolution happens through the cells of the animals. They do not evolve themselves. Their offsprings will cary a small amount of a different cell. That cell will then be modified furtheron throughout the different offsprings.
Why can't there be otters that have anti-oil furs?
Because evolution doesn't happen in ONE lifespan. It happens in hundreds of lifespans and therefor we do not have oil resistant otters.

Also, the problem with oil is that no animal can survive this toxic waist, and you need surviving individuals to transmit it's 'properties' it's immunity to oil. Oil waists on shores is like no more than 50 years old, and no animals can survive it, so no evolution because no animals carries an immunity because oil is too toxic to oil till there are animals than can survive this and give it's genes to future generations.Leave a comment:

Darwin said that creatures take thousands and thousands of years to evolve. Yet you have shown here that creatures do not have thousands of years to evolve because they can't live that long.
God gives us so many signs and messages showing us the true Christian™ path and yet those witches or "scientists" try to deceive us by providing false evidence and lies.
