By the way, pork was never listed as an abomination. It was only listed as unclean. The a-word was only applied to things in the water without fins and scales.

But that kind of scraps Smiths theory and puts a twist on the Bible.

Sister, he ignored my question right at the start of this Thread.
    Typical of a Woman hater.

I think as True Christian(tm) Women we should SHUN him.

Rest assured tho' I'll be watching him.

We've presented this Unfalsifiable guy with several questions and he's danced around every one of them like a Demoncrat on the election trail. This thread has become a bad joke without a punchline. Maybe a shunning is in order.

Shaving off the whole beard entirely would not be considered marring the corners of it.
I put it into a clear question / answer for you Mister Unfalse. And so far you failed to get back.

    Now what's your reply?

The first sentence in my post post, as in this post, addresses you, Julie. Now, Brother V, I don't deny that is good advice but when push comes to shove it is the Bible we have got to study right? So all your little questions and stuff don't really matter.

    Friend, what it comes down to is this;

If you think it's a sin, don't do it.

If you will have a slight twinge of guilt, it's probably a sin, don't do it.

If you do wrong, when you should do right, it's a sin, don't do it.

If you aren't sure, you are probably better off not doing it.

What's wrong with my beard, now, boy? Don't you even think about shaving it.

    No Son.

You insisted on having the 'beard thing' and 'gay sex' being sort of equal sins based on the bible.
Pastor Billy-Reuben proved you wrong and now you're running.

Be a man and answer him.

Brother V, those questions are born from the secular laws, apart from the lying one and the adultery one, if that is what the question was suggesting (because the Bible's law can clearly be interjected over the top of them). If you asked me what the secular law said about being a homo and shaving I could answer your question, both are not illegal. But we are talking about what the BIBLE says here.
The questions were trying to get you to answer how YOU feel about a certain situation.

    let's look at them.

    Is speeding a sin?
if there is a speed limit and you exceed it, it is a sin. Because in 1 Peter 2:13 we are told to follow man's laws.

Is kissing a girl who isn't your girlfriend a sin?

Kissing a girl who isn't your girlfriend may or may not be a sin. We are talking about kissing, not intercourse. You are neither married nor engaged to this person. You aren't committing adultery, you aren't committing fornication. You are just kissing. Here is where it would be a sin; if you think you shouldn't do it, but then do, that's a sin.

Is smoking marijuana in amsterdam (where it isn't illegal) a sin?

Smoking marijuana in the U.S. is illegal, therefore a 1 peter 2:13 sin. However it's legal in amsterdam; just as legal as smoking a cigarette in the U.S. The question comes, how do you FEEL about doing it. Do you think that it's slightly wrong? Is there any twinge in your brain that says that you are getting away with something. If that's there, it's a sin. If it's not, then it's not. (If you were brought up in amsterdam your whole life you wouldn't think smoking pot was a bad thing at all)

Is drinking a beer in the U.S. and being under 21 a sin?

Many people think this is an unjust law. Regardless it falls under the 1 Peter 2:13 rule.

Is bombing an abortion clinic a sin?

Destruction of others people property is a sin. Murder is a sin. Some people think that abortions are worse than killing abortion doctors. Doing wrong is doing wrong. It's a sin.

    Is lieing a sin?

The answer is sometimes. If you tell your girlfriend that she looks better in the one shirt than the other (because she didn't really want your opinion, but wanted you to justify her thoughts) even though she looked better in the purple shirt, that's not a sin.

lieing in court is a violation of the "bear false witness" commandment. lieing to your girlfriend about the dress (the little white lie) isn't. Lieing to your girlfriend about the girl you kissed in question 2, that's a sin.

Is telling a bum that you don't have any change (when you do) a sin?

Is lieing to a bum, and not giving money to the needy a sin? Deuteronomy 15:7 says you are supposed to give to the needy. So yeah, that's a sin.

Is NOT giving to charity a sin?

You've got a job, you make money, do you have to search for a charity to give it to? Do you wish you'd give money to charity?

James 4:7 says Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

You know that giving to charity is good, but you don't do it; therefore you are sinning.

See how easy it is to answer YES or NO to a question. When you were asked, you didn't even have to give reasons, just say YES or NO.

Because you can't answer simple questions; this is why you aren't a True Christian(tm).

Shaving off the whole beard entirely would not be considered marring the corners of it.

Besides, I don't know what your chin is shaped like, but mine is round. I imagine my whiskers would have to grow out quite a bit before there were any corners I had to worry about.

I don't see the words "yes" or "no" anywhere in that post. Why do you have such a problem with simple instructions?
