You have ZERO proof of him existing. The existence of God is not proven, nor is it disproven (effectively). Because we can't disprove something, doesn't mean, in anyway, it's proven. You need sufficient, positive, and outstanding evidence; something you don't have. Theists have not given a shred of evidence expect blind faith.

What you forget is that Harri Potter is a work of fiction. It even has a disclaimer in the opening pages stating it is fiction (and that is the law in this country).

The author makes no pretence that his work is a work of fiction and goes out of his way to say so: do you think Dr Watson thinks Sherlock Holmes is real? Or that J.K. Tolkien thinks Hogwarts and quidich are real?

Go to books.google.com and download Bible Myths and Their Parallels In Other Religions, by TW Doane, It was used in Harvard Seminary, and explains the origins of the myths very well. People believe in the bible because most were indoctrinated into the belief by their families and thats what they are told to believe. People don't need the bible to teach them how to be good, loving, decent human beings.

As with most religious folks, you can't distinguish your faith/religion from the being that is a God. An atheist knows there is no God and as such there is nothing to hate. The motivation the idea of a god creates in people is what is hated.

We also can easily hate the idiotic religious fanatics who spread misery wherever they go. Who is harassing whom? Religious nutters are the ones that are always condemning atheists to hell, and saying they should be eliminated,etc. So much for being "loving, forgiving, and non-judgmental." We can see fossilized remnants of the giant reptiles. Do you have any evidence whatsoever that there was ever a talking snake? Dinosaurs have some evidence to back them up. Talking snakes do not.

There is ample evidence to establish that dinosaurs existed, and when they existed, and good reasons for them having gone extinct.

There is no evidence a "talking serpent" ever existed.

Disregarding the fossil evidence, the lack of scientific thought and the pretty well documented evidence for the extinction of the dinosaurs, you have a significant problem with your argument.
