I've seen and even investigated Braille. They all match the letterings of the alphabet. It's just another way of writing in the alphabet.

It's just that the bad changes die out, and instead the good changes live longer. It's still unfair that a small bit of mutation would cause the victim to be discriminated.
If this sort of blindness was brought by Jesus, how do they get healed if they do not learn a mode of written communication to actually KNOW about Jesus?

Let's see that in context in the King James Version.
John 9:1-7

This was one blind man, who because he hadn't sinned was cured. If he had sinned, Jesus would not have cured him. So all those blind people who have not been cured have sinned, or their parents sinned.

How do you know that? Jesus came to heal the sick, the blind and and the crippled. That blind man was a sinner like the rest of us. But these people were healed through faith.
