Would you care to check the stats on teen pregnancies in Freehold? I guarantee you'll find none. You will also likely find very few records of young women killed by avalanches of fist-sized stones in cornfields, though you will find that our locally-grown corn wins first place at the State Fair most every year!

I will grant you that the stats for Iowa are not so bad... I don't have access, as I think you well know, to stats broken down below state level. I'm not even sure if any exist, or are made public even if they do.

I will also grant you points for rapid retrenchment. This is one of your earlier statements:

They know, deep down, that morals can only come from God. That's why there is less crime in Christian nations, like the US and Western Europe. It seems that we have gone rapidly from the vast tracts of the "more conservative parts" of the United States and places dominated by "nearly-True Christians", to focus instead on one very small area -- freehold -- and an area dominated by Very True Christians rather than "nearly-true chrisitans", who turn out not be blessed after all.

Take ten out of ten for full speed -- but quite brazen -- back-pedalling.

Since the daughters of True Christians™ in Freehold are all constrained to wear chastity belts and are kept under 24 hour surveilance from the age of 6 until they are married, I daresay the incidence of teen-pregnancy in Freehold would be quite low.

As far as young women being killed by fist-sized avalanches of stones, I would have suspected an event of that nature to be more common in Freehold than in most other places, although I was imagining it happening after they had been taken to the gates of the city rather than in a cornfield.

You grossly underrate the intelligence and common-sense of the sociologists and others who do the research. It's important that anonymity is maintained when doing surveys like this. Each prisoner would, say, be brought into an interview room where they would be given a spiel about not putting anything on the form they are going to be given that would identify them. Then they go behind a screen, pick up a form from a pile there -- they choose the form, but they all will be identical anyway without numbers or individual references -- fill it in, fold it up, and put it in large box with all he others. No one, not even the researches, can identify the individual the form is filled in by.

Making sure that no one will either gain an advantage from or be disadvantaged by the answers they give is an important part of any survey design.

Yes, but the designers of these surveys fail to appreciate the full twistedness of the atheist mind - or, more likely, they're in cahoots with the Godless mafia themselves. To an immoral atheist, making Christians look bad is an advantage, and one that can easily be gained by pretending to be a Christian on the prison surveys.
