How do you explain Romans 1:20, which clearly states everyone knows deep down that God exists?

For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

God has revealed Himself through creation. If God doesn't exist, then you don't exist, I don't exist, the heavens and the earth don't exist.

Also, Buddhism is a religion. Buddhists pray, they believe in reincarnation, they have their own sacred texts. It's a common ploy for a religion to claim not to be a religion. Like atheism. That's why you should become a Christian. Christianity is not a religion; it's a relationship with Jesus Christ.
sigpicMt 21:42, 44 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes . . . ? And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

btw reincarnation and a gods are completely different.

reincarnation makes more sense to me and sounds alot better still know deep down there are no gods and i like the concept of reincarnation seems alot more fair than believe in me go to heaven. reincarnation is on how good your karma is in this life so depending on that it will either be better or worse in the next.

still know there are no gods.

Karma is a fairer system is it? People deserve all the suffering they get in this life because it's payback for what they did in a previous life. What reason do you have to think reincarnation happens?

OK: who keeps track of the karma?

                BOOM!

You know there is a God: you're simply choosing the wrong way to worship Him. If you don't believe in the concept of a god (or gods), then you can't believe in karma, and therefor you can't believe in reincarnation.

That's just simple logic my friend.

So, since we've already established that you do in fact believe in the concept of God, let's get started on that Bible reading!

i never said i believe in karma

Karma is just a good fair concept that would work well but unfortunately life does not work like that for we are but mere atoms existing till our own demise and i know for sure there are no gods..... illogical from our point of view as there is no creditable scientific proof to it.....

If it is so illogical you will be able to prove with formal logical steps that God does not exist.

                      Good luck.

1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

Revelation 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

How does a lack of proof prove something? That's like saying the stillness of a car is what causes it to be moving.

But I am used to hearing absurdities from the mouths of atheists.

Proof is that which proves. Proving requires proof, by definition. They are different parts of speech, but mean virtually the exact same thing.

well first i dont believe in reincarnation its ridiculous much like all religion life theories its just a neat concept i like...unlike any god based theory's...... in no way do i believe in it

1 we proved the world was round along time ago and if it was flat we would fly into the cosmos

                          2 Adam and eve

                          1) It's impossible that all world population(more than 7 billion people) to come from only 2 individuals in 4000 years. A women can give birth to a limited number of children.
                          2) If the adam and eve story was correct, this would make us all incestuous. => 3rd generation of humans from adam and eve had congenital birth defects => 4th generation had the same thing => all people from today were supposed to have congenital birth defects due to thousands of years of incest.
                          3) It's impossible that human races(caucasian, african, asiatic, native american, australian aborigine..) to come from only 2 individuals. (eg. If adam had black skin and eve was asiatic => all people from today were supposed to have blackish skin and asiatic features.)
                          4) When America and Australia were discovered there were people already there. The myth said that adam and eve existed 4000 years ago. I don't think they had the necessary technology to travel over the ocean. And don't tell me that god magically made them fly. It's a proven fact that America and Australia were separated from the other continents 4000 years ago.
                          5) You need at least 50-100 people to ensure survival.2 people could easily die out there. 4000 years ago there were dangerous animals and natural disasters. Don't tell me that a god magically protected them.
                          6) 300,000 years old human fossils were discovered. Even more older fossils were discovered. According to the myth, adam and eve were supposed to be the first humans that existed 4000 years ago.

=> The theory of adam and eve is crushed.

3 Noah's ark yeah because a ship 1 third the size of titanic can fit 2 of every single animal on earth

want more just ask.... btw im atheist if you didn't work that out already....

You don't get it: by even acknowledging the beauty or fairness (in your mind, anyway) of reincarnation, there is the tiny spark of hope that you harbor that given the proper nourishment (and let's just get this out there: stern correction) could make you blossom into a Mighty Flame for the Lord!

                            Glory!

Or you could sit around and argue that you don't even have the strength of your own convictions and dreams.

                            Whatever works for you.
