Alie, you've said a lot of crazy things on this Godly forum, but that has to be the craziest. It's not crazy - it's true! I have a whole basement full of Certified Nerds who are willing to attest to the authenticity and varacity of the text.

If "hobbits" are not mentioned in the Holy Bible, then they never existed. Like Mickey Mouse and Belgium, they are made-up.

So, if it isn't in the Bible, it's not real? Are cells ever mentioned in the Bible? Atoms? Molecules? What about hydrogen, or carbon? I guess those things aren't real either.

I for one need some concrete evidence before believing some old book which makes outrageous fantastic claims about long ago events is real.
