    Christians, Stop Being Nice

I get so tired of bloggers that admonish Christians to conduct the faith without condemning sinners. Jesus hates sinners. We can't serve Him by looking the other way when we see it.

Let's take homers and trans. The Bible says the genders are separate and homerism is a sin. It uses the strong word, "abomination." I realize some liberal seminaries are claiming it means something different, but abomination is correct. The more we accommodate sinners the more sin we will have. Jesus wants us condemning it.

Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

And here is a perfect example of Christians being nice while Satan gains an advantage. Down the road a bit from Freehold is the small city of Ottumwa, Iowa. My friends on the City Council there have a policy of a pray before council meetings. Who shows up and demands to pray but a guy representing Satan. This accommodation has to stop.

This is the worst thing that has ever happened.

“Let us embrace the Luciferianian impulse to eat at the tree of knowledge,” Dalbey said. “Let us demand that individuals be judged for their concrete actions not their fealty to arbitrary social norms and illusory categorizations.”

A January-approved invocation policy ... stated prayers or statements from any faith or philosophy would be allowed to open Ottumwa’s city council meetings — which [Council Member] Galloway argued would be a “slippery slope” towards controversy.

This is precisely the kind of thing that should not be allowed.
If I have seen further, it is by standing on the heads of others.

So many in our country are ignorant about the rules of freedom of speech and freedom of religion. You cannot, for example, stand up on your seat in a crowded movie theater and shout, "FIRE! FIRE!" When people die because the exits are blocked by people fleeing in panic you will go to jail. Prayers to Satan at a public meeting are no different. People flock to Satan and their souls are lost forever. No one is free to praise Satan or any other false god in a crowded room.

Here is another example of being too nice for too long. Kansas has been Christian and Republican for decades. That's just normal in Kansas.

Things are no longer normal. A well-known Methodist preacher, liberal, is running for the U.S. Senate of polling well. We here at Landover Baptist know Methodists are nor real Christians. This would no matter except when one of the gets too close to the levers of government. Sin will go unpunished.

A group of genuine Christians in Kansas realized that after this so-called preacher was elected it would be too late to stop the heresy against Jesus. Even though the preacher is leading in the polls, a group of right-minded preachers wrote him and asked that he step down as a candidate. They pointed out what a disaster it would be to have a man claiming to be Christian but nowhere near a member of the faith was successful. Hopefully, the Methodist preacher will heed this advice and fold up his campaign operation.
