One may object that people in the ancient Middle East had no way of knowing what their names would sound like hundreds of years later, but that is really no excuse. If we were to presume the existence of "Allah" for a moment, we must conclude that either he didn't know that, by the 21st Century, English would be the only language spoken by anyone worth caring about, and a "god" that short-sighted and ignorant can hardly be considered a "god" at all, or that he deliberately designed Moo-HAM-head's name to be easy for us to mock, in which case devout Muslims should express their faith by making fun of the Prophet at every possible occasion.

You know that none of us knows about the Islam? Well, you might want to reconsider that idea... In college we've been taught about the Islamic version of the Genesis. It was about Allah talking about his plans to create Adam and Iblis (the defias 'angel' or 'djinn') opposing that idea at first, and then the Qur'an refers to him (Iblis) as Shai'tan from the moment that he succesfully tempts Adam to eat from the forbidden tree.

Does that sound familiar?

I think I remember some references to Jesus in the Koran...

"Jesus is like Adam in the sight of Allah. he created him of dust and then said to him: 'Be,' and he was." (Koran 3:55, 58)

They don't believe Jesus was divine, but merely an apostle. They also believe that God has no sons, because He created no other gods, because that would diminish him, so there could be no consort.
