Rose, just to spare you a lot of time, my guess is that 90% of the people here really don't give a hoot about vampires or vampire fiction or movies or the actors who play them.

You keep forgetting that I'm referring to lifestylers now. Most vampire lifestylers prefer to dress from the period of time they thought most elegant aesthetically, the 1700s and the 1800s being the most common choices.

Then what has that to do with vampirism?

Why can't they just be "Victorian/Edwardian goths" instead of "vampire lifestylers", which would also imply avoiding daylight and mirrors, and sleeping in coffins and murdering people for their blood?

Rose, thank you for posting your Nosferatu picture. I'd suggest any "vampire fan" watch that movie to see what is likely a more realistic portrayal of what a vampire would look like, if they were real.

i thought it was disgusting to. i only did it coz my friends were all trying n were goths n some r vampire goths. i threw up n never tried it again n im lucky i didnt get a disease.

Most vampires in European folklore are actually quite ugly, authors like Anne Rice and Chelsea Quinn Yarbro made them more appealing. Honestly, who's more aesthetically appealing, Lestat or Dracula?


Though I personally prefer the smexy ones.
